Me with my balenciagas

I'm so grateful to Wink & the woman who fixed my precious balenciaga sunglasses. I literally am so blessed by her existence I could not live without these and they honestly feel even better than they did before I broke them. 10/10!!

Lizzi Y.

I found them by pure luck and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Diane was very helpful and professional. They have a great selection and they know their product. I had broken my Siluettes and they repaired them for me right away. I could not believe that it could be fixed so fast. They deffinitely know what they are doing. My visit was during Covid, so I was very happy to see that they took all safety measures and they were masked up and going above and beyond the standards. This place gets a five star from me. Thank you Wink.

Outstanding glasses along with Stanford(Palo Alto) university sky in backdrop.

The machines used here are very high-tech and advanced, as the data they provided was exceptionally comprehensive. Everyone at the clinic was very polite -- from the receptionist, techs, lasik consultant, optometrist, and Dr. Moarefi. The male tech did a great job guiding me through the different tests; he was also doing a good job training a female tech who was shadowing him and sounded very knowledgeable. My main concern was to determine if my eyes could be corrected to 20/20, and Dr.Moarefi had both the tech and the optometrist check my prescription to see if that would be achievable. I also wanted to get my axial length measured, so the optometrist was able to precisely measure that for me. I truly appreciated Dr.Moarefi's high attention to detail and the way that every single one of my concerns were all addressed seriously. My experience was phenomenal, and I know that I can trust this clinic with my eye management going forward. Our eyes are among our most important senses, so I highly recommend LA Sight for anyone seeking quality eye care. Finding a clinic that utilizes advanced technology, provides comprehensive examinations, and takes the time to address every concern is key to ensuring the best possible care and long-term eye health.

A good friend recommended DLV and so I made an appointment and went to see if they could persuade me to hand over my vision to them, I was very skeptical because my vision was bad but not bad enough to be desperate for lasik. So anything less than an excellent result would have been a problem for me. From intake, to the initial exams, to the amazing closer/administrator Diana, the process was INSANELY human and warm and detailed. I saw so many specialists (surgeon, ophthalmology, optometry, lenses, etc) They made me feel completely in control, spent hours with me, gave me all the options and explanations I needed to feel fully comfortable moving forward. They even pushed forward my secondary screening to the same day so I could schedule the surgery for the soonest possible date. In the end my vision is exactly what was promised if not better. LASIK is not a cure all for 20/20 near and far, it has trade-offs, and Dr Dougherty explained all of these perfectly and exactly what he said would happen came true. I chose monovision to try and reduce the chances of or delay needing reading glasses. The monovision KICKS ASS. I can see my phone close up and perfect 10/20 far vision at the same time! Anyways, highly recommend. Top notch people, top notch process. Thank you DLV!

As with most eye exams there are several tests which have to be done as well as the typical screening of the eyes prior to seeing the Doctor. At 86 my father is hard of hearing and there is a language barrier, which is why I attend all of his appointments. The first interaction with the screening was ok. The young lady wasn't rude but she seemed visibly annoyed that my dad was not completely comprehending what she was asking so I had to intervene. The next part though took the cake. What can be described as a Karen through and through. We were in the waiting room when this woman yelled out our last name. I stood up and so did another woman in the office of Asian descent. Apparently we both had the same last name. The lady seemed confused and said "there's 2 of you?" I said my dad's first name and she said "yeah that one". What transpired next was deplorable, her barking out orders and getting frustrated because my dad wasn't putting his head or eyes in the place she wanted but before I could intervene each time she just keeps yapping and continually making comments like "sir don't put your jaw there and that's not what I asked you to do. Does this woman not have parents? WTF. After this pleasant interaction we saw the Doctor and he asked for another test. No one told us it was going to be $85. It's fine I just paid it; however, who does random tests without notifying the patient on the cost of the test? Unfortunately we had to visit yet again with the unpleasant lady and this time she was just off the rails. I finally stopped her and said, "you have horrible bed side manner and a terrible F in attitude" she stops cold turkey and mutters something about being in her safe space and she is going to get somebody. An office manager comes in and asks to speak to me while another young man does the test. What a difference! A kid with patience and understanding. He mentions to me that he takes care of his grandma so he respects me for being there and totally gets it. Also mentions that the lady we were working with is extremely difficult. Meanwhile I get a talking to by the office manager about my language which is the only thing they can reference because I said the F work once to a terrible human being. I kept asking about the behavior of the employee to which I was afforded a "we deal with this behind the scenes". We see the doctor again and now upon leaving we are escorted out by the office manager who has the audacity to ask me if I am willing to apologize to the employee. I said absolutely not. He proceeds to tell me that I am choosing to do the wrong thing, oh the irony. I ask him if you are asking me to apologize, is your employee going to apologize to me and my father for her behavior? Of course the answer was no. Sad that people beat up on the elderly and can't imagine what would have happened had I not been there to advocate for my father. Never again at this office it's obviously a DEI hub of safe spaces and hypocrites. DEI has no place in this society, especially when the DEI people don't afford it to the very groups they supposedly are advocating for. What happened to us was racist with a mix of elder abuse. Treat people the way you want to be treated but don't cry wolf when someone isn't willing to put up with your crap. STAY away the reviews are spot on and I will be finding my parents a new eye doctor. ‍

Dr. Lee and his team were so warm and welcoming, I felt so naturally at ease. Dr. Lee was so easy to talk to and had such a patient approach thoroughly explaining everything in the process as well as why each option would or would not work for me before making a recommendation. I proceeded with ICL and even during surgery, he was so kind and patient. The procedure itself was so quick and painless, and I felt completely normal as soon as I got up. No symptoms afterwards or pain, which were my concern. I literally felt as if nothing happened as soon as I got up from the procedure. My vision is amazing now, I just have to get used to the phantom urges to grab my glasses or "remove my contacts" when my eyes feel tired since being able to see + tired eyes used to mean I was wearing contacts. Absolutely zero complaints and have already recommended Dr. Lee to people only 3 days after my procedure.
