Setting up the procedure was a breeze with their coordinator who guided me through the paperwork and kept me informed via text messages about my scheduled procedure and insurance information regarding what was covered and what I needed to pay. On the day of the procedure, Donovan, the clinical coordinator was fantastic setting me up for surgery and checking in, making sure I was aware of possible effects and guided me through the aftercare thoroughly. Dr. Samimi himself was a magician. Throughout the procedure he was very adept at performing the surgery while keeping me distracted through conversation. It was truly amazing and I was surprised when it was done. Moreover, his work was fantastic as I haven't had to deal with nearly as many of the side effects due to how precise his work was. The overall experience was amazing top to bottom!
