Upon walking up to the shop entrance, I was greeted by a friendly employee named Shaleha who introduced herself then asked what service I wanted done and was informed of the price for threading. As I sat in the salon chair, Shaleha quickly went to work on removing hair from my face, chin and neck as well as explained how the hair on my neck grew differently than the fair on my face and chin due to having thinner skin in that area. After Shaleha finished threading my face, chin, and neck, she sprayed my face with cool aloe vera spray then decided to check a final time to confirm that she removed all the unwanted hair. Following the end of my threading appointment, I promptly paid Shaleha for her threading services and was given a loyalty card to use at future visits. Although I live a ways away from this salon in Garden Grove, due to the thorough threading from Shaleha, I will absolutely visit again the next time I need threading services done and am in the area.

She's super sweet and ensures a great experience. Rupa and the other ladies are great too. They offer hand sanitizer at the beginning so you can clean your hands before touching your face to hold the skin tight during threading. In between, they provide a handheld mirror to confirm you're happy with the shape, so you're not surprised at the end. I also like the aloe vera they offer at the end for aftercare to soothe any redness.

Jason, who has over 20 years of experience, took care of me and he was incredibly kind, patient, and detailed throughout the entire process. We ended up bleaching my hair four times based on his professional advice, and I did not leave until around 5 PM. Even though it was a long appointment, it never felt stressful because Jason explained everything clearly and checked in with me often. I was honestly pretty skeptical at first since I had never dyed my hair before, but the results blew me away. From just one reference photo, he matched the silver color perfectly. The bleach only ever got like a 1/10 itchiness on my sideburns since the hair was much shorter there. Their pricing was very fair for my hair length. I had gotten quotes from other salons that were charging much more, even though my hair is much shorter than their usual clients.
