My only regret about Fusion is that it will be too far away from home we are moving to next month. My husband is still considering almost an hour drive to classes here for my son, because they have been that great for him. I highly recommend Fusion to anyone!

The coaches have all been excellent, and our child has gained both confidence and skill under their instruction. I can't say about the dance program as dearest child has not taken any classes.

I felt dismissed, spoken to in a condescending manner, and there was little empathy or professionalism when I raised a concern. It was clear that respectful communication with parents was not a priority. Another concern was seeing counselors on their cell phones during pickup instead of actively supervising the children. As a parent, it was unsettling to see staff distracted rather than focused on the kids in their care. Good customer service and child supervision should be fundamental expectations for any camp. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disrespected and without confidence in the level of care being provided. I hope the center takes this feedback seriously and improves both its customer service and staff professionalism.
