I came in to ask if Dunkin' Donuts did anything gluten free which I could eat, albeit they don't do anything in the UK with brands such as Mcdonald's and Vapiano having poor gluten free options in the UK and great in the rest of Europe and the likes of Spain and Germany, I hoped this would be the same sadly it wasnt. After speaking to a member of staff, ahead of queuing, he refused to ask anyone for me and he also told me he simply didn't know if there was anything gluten free I could eat, which basically is a ridiculous excuse as it felt he'd rather me wait and be disappointed than let me find out there and then before waiting, this shows bad customer service and a lack of respect towards the customer in my opinion.
