This branch of Dunkin' Donuts is located on Unter de Linden in Berlin, I called here ahead of travelling back into Alexanderplatz after visiting the Brandenburg Tor in the German capital, the store was only quite small, yet it was highly busy, so busy in fact I'd even say the store's size isn't able to deal with the level of people its' get, mainly down to being in a good and touristy location. I came in to ask if Dunkin' Donuts did anything gluten free which I could eat, albeit they don't do anything in the UK with brands such as Mcdonald's and Vapiano having poor gluten free options in the UK and great in the rest of Europe and the likes of Spain and Germany, I hoped this would be the same sadly it wasnt. After speaking to a member of staff, ahead of queuing, he refused to ask anyone for me and he also told me he simply didn't know if there was anything gluten free I could eat, which basically is a ridiculous excuse as it felt he'd rather me wait and be disappointed than let me find out there and then before waiting, this shows bad customer service and a lack of respect towards the customer in my opinion. Mainly down to the poor service, poor selection for coeliacs and poor overall feel to this Dunkin' Donuts branch, I sadly feel my first branch of a Dunkin' Donuts I have visited and reviewed on Yelp deserves a single one-star rating. read more

Few days ago a boy and a girl working in this place. First of all they act like humiliating me of what Im asking about my order. And the girl asked what language are you speaking that I never heard of???!!!! I think this is so racist of her wording it like that with a humiliating voice!!! I definitely not recommend this place to any Tourists!!! read more

Our first full day in Berlin, and we were about to go on a walking tour. We had hoped to find a German bakery to get our first fill of pastries, but on the walk from our hotel we found nothing. We needed something quick, so we knew this would fit the bill. It was what you would expect from a Dunkin' - but the German's definitely enjoy different flavors that what we see in the states (Banana - really? Banana donuts?). I ordered an iced tea as I don't drink coffee and it was hot out already. I have to admit it was the worst iced tea I have ever had! It tasted strongly of powdered ice tea mix, and I asked for lemon and I think I got a splash of sugary lemonade instead (I hate sweet tea BTW). Definitely not a fan of that combo. They had decently clean bathrooms though, a plus since we were heading out on a 3 hour tour. read more

After traveling overseas for a bit I was pretty excited to see a DD. I love the iced coffee at the locations in the states. When I was here in Berlin I was a little surprised to see a few locations. I stopped in and they had all the normal flavors of donuts you would expect, but the iced coffee itself tasted a little off. It may be the difference in the milk or sweetener I added. They also do not have decaf anything, they apparently do not see the point of decaf in most of Europe. read more

If I could give this dunkin' donuts a negative five, I would. Speaking as a veritable dunkin' donuts addict, this place should not even be called dunkin' donuts. If I were dunkin' donuts HQ, I would immediately replace the owner. This guy is tarnishing your brand ever so bad. I may actually look into reporting them to HQ after this review. So I had the worst customer service experience of my entire life here last week (along with around 15 other poor souls). I waited 20 minutes for two iced coffees. This is to be expected as they had 3 people working the registers with 1 person dabbling in giving out doughnuts/hot coffee and 1 person making the coffees and other food items. The owner obviously only cares about taking people's money and not filling orders. So what happens then naturally? An angry mob forms. The guy beside me was waiting 20 minutes for a COKE! (yes, the ones in the fridge). The best part was that they took his receipt to follow up on his order, but then never returned it to him. Then 5 minutes later when they obviously didn't do anything about his order, he was saying where's my stuff and they were like, where's your receipt? He pointed at the guy who took it so the guy said he didn't know and it seemed like he denied even taking it! As to the coffee, it was crap. The caramel sauce is not the same as the caramel swirl in America. The bagel wasn't too bad. My advice, come here only if you're desperate and it's at an off-peak time. read more

Such unfriendly staffs! Especially to the tourists!! Our group needs bathroom so we visited dunkin donuts and wanted to order some drinks and donuts. At first they said that the bathroom would be ready in half an hour,so we decided to wait and order stuffs. One staff that prepared drinks missed our order, she didn't make our drink... We can see that they have a lack of staff here... Okay after eating donuts and drink we wanted to use bathroom,now they said the bathroom is CLOSED????!!!!! Wth, we waited to use bathroom and now they told us we cannot use it??!! I asked a staff Me: can we use the bathroom? Staff: it's closed Me: why closed? Staff: it's closed (he began to raise his voice) Me: yes, but why closed? Staff: (angry tone) it's closed! It's closed!! There's no "why"!!! Such a bad behavior to a guest! At the end I still didn't get the reason why thr bathroom is closed!! I think they just didn't want to clean the bathroom because lack of personal...I don't know... Tastes like dunkin' donuts!! Hadn't had a Boston Cream since I was in New York 4 years ago and I'm glad to report it tastes just as good in Germany as it did in New York! A bit pricey though. If you order 6 you pay €6. I think it shouldn't cost more than €1 each. Still, it was worth it! read more

One star is way too generous. I was forced to give them one just to make a comment. I've never been treated so rudely in all my life. The staff yells at the customers and treats them as an inconvenience. We witnessed several other people walking out after also being treated rudely. Stay away from here! The coffee is not worth the bad treatment. read more
