I have had many consultations, but there was always an issue with Insurance or timing. I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I guess I should have expected that, but I've never had surgery so didn't know. I cannot believe how easy recovery was and how quick. Dr. Mosier repeatedly assured me before I left that if I had any issues, they would be there for me and would be easy to get ahold of and so responsive, and they were. He even talked directly to my husband after hours one night when I was concerned about an off looking suture (it was fine, I'm just anxious.) Truly, Dr. Mosier was so kind, supportive, and so TALENTED. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat. To have such an AMAZING visual outcome was life changing, but to have it with such a wonderful doctor and equally wonderful office staff was also just such a pleasant experience. THANK YOU DR. M! After talking with tons of mostly women Restora was HIGHLY recommended by so so many people. Dr Reid is who did my revision. I was blown away at the difference in getting the surgery done with Restora. The day of surgery was so nice it was in their own private surgery center. My tummy tuck in 2017 was in a hospital like setting, The Dr came in and the anesthesiologist asked a few questions as they were wheeling me out of the room then BAM! I was done and I was rushed out of the bed to go home because they had other surgeries. This time was so so much calmer and relaxing. I loved ALL the little things. The heated toilet seat, the cap that warms your head, the comfortable room you wait in. How calm and friendly everyone was Afterwards my follow ups with Lauren ( she is so awesome) I asked the same questions 100 times she always answers me like I'd never asked before, she is always very patient and explains everything till I am good to go and never feel rushed. I was told they would go away within a year, so when 2 years went by and it had not improved, Dr. Gordon eventually agreed to remove the hard parts. I was not put under for this, and gave me a medication to calm me down since I was going to be cut open fully conscious. Her team did not even give the medication time to kick in before they started the procedure, because Ashley Gordon had "other appointments immediately after mine" and they didn't have time to. Since this, she somehow made the galaflex even worse and I'm left with another scar and even worse results, and they are refusing to provide any type of resolution. I paid for cosmetic surgery because I trusted this surgeon and her team with my body. Instead, this experience has caused me years of distress. Choosing Dr. Ashley Gordon for my breast augmentation is one of my biggest regrets. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to look elsewhere.

When my financial situation improved a couple weeks later, I reached out again and explained the urgency. Another nurse then reviewed my message and told me they no longer wanted to take me on as a patient. This was very distressing, especially as someone reaching out for help after trauma. When I called to clarify, I received scripted, dismissive responses and no willingness to reconsider. I'm posting this so others know how the staff handled my situation. I encourage everyone to read my previous reviews for all the details. I gave up my $15k refund in exchange for the right to post this honest review. On the other hand, before my own surgery, I saw all the 5-star reviews and zero 1-star reviews and thought that meant no 1-star reviews existed. I sincerely question that after my own offer of a full refund but only in exchange for my silence. Someone asked recently about the contact he asked me to sign in exchange for a full refund ($15,050) so I attached a photo of it. It reads (in part): "THAT I fully understand that from this day forward I will not speak about this case or Dr. Andrew P. Trussler, M.D. publicly (i.e. media- news, print, or electronic) or privately. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees. There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

I went to Dr. Caridi for my 2nd Gynecomastia revision surgery. My first two surgeries were…read moreexcision-only without liposuction. My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking far worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, part of an areola lost its pigment, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. Obviously he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.
