I was very impressed from my first interaction with Joe Leonardo. His team is made up of professionals with a tremendous amount of experience in law enforcement and professional firearm training. Their discipline and thoroughness permeates everything that they do, from preparing students for the class, through the running of the class, both in the classroom and on the range. The course not only instructs students in the proper use of their firearm, but includes critically important lessons regarding scenarios, proper responses, and how to think about and prepare for various scenarios. The course expanded my knowledge and capabilities significantly, but also reminded me that training is a journey vs. a destination. The most important takeaways for me were the reminder of the importance of ongoing training, proper practice, and developing and reinforcing good behaviors. The way he conducted the class reflected his own experience and professionalism. They do other training, such as baton, pepper spray, shotguns, tactical defense, and a lot more. My friends and I are already considering further instruction and testing. We'll certainly be back for periodic firearms requalification.

I was taught how to turn the steering wheel, use turn signals, using the brakes and accelerator, changing lanes, merging lanes, deal with traffic circles, speed limit, and so much more! I went from driving with no accelerator around my neighborhood to driving with the accelerator in the main roads! Great progress :) Second lesson was with Shelby, who was very good as well! She showed me DMV routes, taught me how to reverse in a straight line, lane changes when there was a bike lane present, and had me practicing what I needed to practice most. I am now very good at turning, performing the task of a U-Turn, changing lanes, and looking out for bikers in bike lanes. My last instructor was Christian, who was excellent! Very verbal in a very good way. He repeated things that were important so I could remember him saying those things. He taught me how to look ahead at all times, he taught me how to park in the mall parking lot, and he really worked on straight parking! Thanks to him, I can park at many places and I'm able to park along the curb without ever hitting it! Overall, every instructor I had were excellent! They were able to teach me with patience, tips, and of course, kindness and encouragement! Very informative and they prepare you VERY WELL for the DMV behind-the-wheel test!

She wasn't ready and then bullied her into giving her a good review on the website. Of course my granddaughter erased it after she left. I called and complained took a week that she gets no discipline.
