After 8 months of waiting, I was finally approved for my ccw. There were many instructors to take the 16 hour requirement class but no one had my schedule. Everybody was mostly weekends. Where do I start... I contacted Mr. Brown looking to complete a training course. He was more than accommodating when trying to schedule since it's a pretty extensive course. Once it was time for class I showed up to his home which was very clean and had a great set up. He had a visual power point, my own handbook (so I could take my own notes,) as well as hands on training. He was patient and very calming to work with. As a beginner it can be intimidating and overwhelming, at least that's what I expected. The practical application explained and use of real life scenarios was the game changer. It all made sense Once I was ready it was air soft time. He had my exact model ( in air soft) to allow me to practice before we hit the range for the real deal. Never once did he try to change what felt most comfortable TO ME! Instead he checked my form and pointed out any adjustments needed. Once it was range time, I'm only gonna say this once.... Mr.Brown was right. I should wear a higher necked shirt while shooting. The range was soooo stuffy and hot (and I'm sure I was nervous) I decided against Mr.Brown's suggestion and took my light weight over shirt off. Immediately after, first shot fired... burning hot casing made its way to its cozy new home directly down my top and stuck inside my bra ‍ insert Mr. Browns laughter after my cute little 2 step dance I did to get that sucker out. Then repeat this 3 more times needless to say it was fun yet productive day at the range and I passed my test I would recommend Mr.Brown to anyone!
