I ordered a burger (I forget which kind; I was high from surgery) cooked medium. Both the steak and burger were cooked beyond well done. Beyond. My husband NEVER returns food. Server said the cook KEPT ON over cooking the steak. , idk how many steaks he ruined before he decided on the one we should get. It was a 3/4 10oz ribeye. Should be cooked 2-3 minutes on each side. Server finally brought a new steak out. It was blue rare. Some bites were edible, but husband was iffy. The rest of the steak was still raw. Server came back and we let him know. He was in agreement and apologized. At that point I let him know the burger was also super well done. It was almost funny since again, surgery high. The server didn't charge us for the steaks and I think he compensated us for my husband's Bloody Mary too. His eggs and potatoes were fine. My fries were perfect. Ngl.. we may go back tonight since it's close to the hotel and they have a chocolate ganache cake I craved before I knew it was on the menu.
