Myself and a friend, with 4 more behind us, walked in, and were promptly told they were closed. Odd, since Yelp, Google, and the hours posted on their door indicated they were open until 4am. Over the weekend, another friend and I came in and had a great time with a large group of, who I assumed were, locals, singing karaoke and drinking the night away. The following Monday, I attempted again, to visit the bar. This time at approximately 9:45pm. I was greeted by 2 people telling me the bar the bar was closed. Again, I had at least 3 other people planning to join me but, apparently, posted business hours and eager customers aren't important to this establishment.

Got a flight here and the beers are all very different and full of flavor. The brewer really knows what he's doing. Not only is there quality H2O here but also a sarsaparilla beverage for the non alchy homies. If you're hungry there's some paninis paired with chips. Some seasonal beers on the board but it's definitely a small batch brewery. Exactly what Fernley has always needed. Might have to stop in with some friends and play some pool next time. Service was friendly. Bartender said they are in the process of expanding and will offer pool tables, darts and axe throwing in the future along with an event space. With the current brewery scene shrinking throughout the US it is cool to see this one thriving/expanding.

The bartenders are so sweet and skilled at what they do. Whenever you're undecided, the bartenders or the owners never fail to recommend or whip up something delicious for you! Remember playing I Spy as a kid? That's exactly what I do every time I come here because there's massive collection of unique items decorating not only the bar but the bathrooms too. They have the cutest bathrooms here so you could definitely get a cute mirror selfie in when you're a couple drinks in. They have a couple T.Vs mounted around the bar so if you want to watch sports they're there. This bar has plenty of seating at the bar itself and a couple high top tables. The tables tucked up by the entrance are cozy and intimate so perfect for a date! There's a small amount of seating outside and the city fountain outside provides some relaxing sound. The owners are there often and so sweet. It's never so noisy that you can't hold a conversation. There's no smoking inside so it doesn't smell terrible (smoking is allowed outside). Honestly the vibe of the place is great and I love coming here with friends.

I walk in with intent, sit at the bar, order my drink...right after I took my first sip, I looked up and saw the "Cash Only" neon sign and realized I didn't have any on me. The waitress (I wish I had caught her name) was incredibly kind. I explained the situation and told her I'd go grab cash, and she was totally understanding. I came back and made sure to tip her well, she deserved it. I asked if they served food, and while they don't, she went out of her way to recommend a Korean spot next door and Red Dog Saloon for pizza. She even said it was perfectly fine to bring food back. So I did exactly that, grabbed some Korean chicken, brought it back, and paired it with a hot apple cider cocktail. Perfect night. Great drinks, delicious food, good music, and genuinely friendly people.

The server was nice but the food was sub par. We had ordered a few things off the menu for a party of four to share. First of all, the house salad would have been better if the salad dressing wasn't watered down. The rigatoni bolognese pasta, I would've been better off buying a bottle of Ragu and rigatoni and making it myself. The creamy wine Marsala was ok but could have been better .We ordered some chicken wings and they couldn't even do that right. The pizza, the only good part about that was the crust. The waitress suggested to put Stracciatella on top of the pizza and that it would be ooey and gooey....wrong! The pizza was so soaked out that you would have to fold it up in order to keep it in place while that's so-called ooey gooey stuff ran down your hand and arm. Hope you enjoy using napkins because you'll need lots of them. We were there for at least an hour and a half.. with this kind of service, I would expect to be eating at a steakhouse for that amount of time. I feel the service could've been a lot quicker. For the price we paid, we would have been better off, going to a steakhouse. As for the ambience, well lit, but it felt like cafeteria style trying to be sports bar like but also trying to give the perception that you're in a kind of Italian restaurant. Which added to confusion of the representation of this restaurant. Only within a couple hours after leaving, my stomach began to get really upset. Thank goodness there is ginger ale at home! This place is overrated if there is any kind of rating and definitely not worth the money to spend there. I definitely will not be back.
