Used Silver Fox this past weekend for a winery tour in Temecula. The website makes it super easy to book a vehicle months in advance and everything can basically be done online. The day of our driver showed up promptly at our desired time and was great throughout the day. If we did it again, we'd request Jeff because he really made our day more enjoyable. At one point, we were back and forth about which winery to go to next and he called around to different wineries to see who had live music going. Will definitely recommend silver fox to anyone in the area.

This was the best limousine company I have ever worked with. Very professional from the first text and call. We used them for our daughters prom. Not only did they let all the parents pay separately for the same transaction they gave us a huge upgrade at no extra charge. The kids were over the top excited. Hands down BEST company to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them. Great job SILVER FOX LIMOUSINE!!! We will definitely use them again.

-3 stars - When you drive with Leslie you'll get to experience going from 45 to 0 in 2.5 seconds at EVERY. SINGLE. red light, stop sign, and reduced speed. She made sure my family of 8 including my 75 year old grandmother got thrown around the back like a sack of month old potatoes making two people extremely car sick. Oh, and have plans later? No fear she'll make sure your 20 minute car ride turns into a 45 minute detour. We asked her to take the freeway several times on the return trip and she decided to drive the complete opposite way of our drop off location. Also, be prepared to provide your own directions even when you both have iPhones- that includes maps. +2 Stars- Looking for a cheap priced limo service? They beat anybody's pricing hands down, and provide quick responses to reserve a limo even when they show up with the wrong color car.

Amazing Service, nice clean Stretch Hummer!! This was a great experience By FAR!! we used Silver Fox for my sons graduation. Due to Covid-19 they had a drive through celebration. We were told only one VEHICLE per family but they never said how big the one Vehicle could be. It was important to have both grandparents present so Thank you Silver Fox for allowing this to happen!! Beautiful Hummer!! Awesome driver!! He really knew what he was doing especially in Fallbrook with all the small streets and sharp turns. Great job!

Isaac!!!! He was perfect and made my bachelorette dreams come true. We went to gorgeous wineries with delicious wine. The way Isaac whisked us to the front of the bar (even in busy wineries) made us feel like VIPs. They were ready for us at each place, knew Isaac, and gave us the best spots! Even for my big party. Three of us out for the afternoon, hitting our favorite wineries and breweries. We have used Ryan several times and he is fantastic. The limos are well maintained, fresh water, nice shiny clean bar ware and ice. We've used them for Christmas light tours, wine tours, parties and whenever we want to imbibe and not drive. No designated drivers in our group of friends so it's wonderful to have a reliable car service. Prices are fantastic too. Takes credit cards and will stop if you need something you may have forgotten.

Told Ryan over the phone that the limo may not be able to turn around at the end of our private driveway and would be happy to meet him up the street. I told him that we have a 35ft motorhome that we turn around, but at night it may be difficult for a limo. He decided to take his changes and sent the driver down our private drive. Near the end, our driver Joel decided he would not turn around, but would rather back out because he could not see - a situation I had described on the phone. It took nearly a hour to reverse down our mile long driveway at walking pace. And the limousine guest had to escort him. The reverse lights were not working so he continuously had to push the break lights to see where he was driving. We were late for dinner, and charged the extra time. On the drop off, driver refused to drive back down the driveway and left us to walk home a mile in high heels at night. I called Ryan the next day and asked not to be charge the extra time. He insisted this situation was my fault because I told him we can turn around a 35 ft. motorhome (during the day with two people). Even though I warned him about the condition of the road beforehand. read more

How have I not written about this company yet! I am very lucky to live in the Temecula Valley. Because of this (and now that we have a decent handful of breweries out here) I use transportation service quite a bit. Ryan and his team have ALWAYS been amazing. Unfortunately it took me going throw three other transportation companies before I found Silver Fox. What an absolute pleasure it has been. I cannot recommend this company enough. What a great experience we had! Very helpful over the phone when I made the reservation and by e-mail. We were picked up in San Diego and taken up to Temecula for a wine tasting at 3 different wineries. Eric was our driver and he was absolutely wonderful! Limo was in very nice shape and nice and clean and there were lots of drinks available inside. I also highly advise the picnic lunch that they offer. It was absolutely fantastic and really hit the spot. I would definitely use Silver Fox again. They gave us a wonderful experience! read more

We were picked up on time to An AMAZING Driver (ISAC!!) Who was more than a driver he was a photographer who knows how to take great pics right angles lighting I felt we were at a studio. He made sure we got ALL VIP ACCESS to the wineries! Escorted us to every new event and made sure we knew Butt first then slide out the limo you always looks good and dont hit your head getting Out!. Booked them for my moms 70th birthday at the recommendation of a client of mine. We hired them to pick us up and take us around the wineries in Temecula. They showed up right on time, SUV limo was clean and nice looking, and our driver was awesome! We even got some nice deals OK wine tasting through them. Pretty descent overall service. The driver was polite and accommodating and everything was good for the price. What I did not like is that Silver Fox Limousine gave me their regular pricing on the limo and did not work with me on the pricing when I tried to make a deal. Then I had the driver tell me that the deal I have gotten was great and special and that he had to clear additional stops and pickups with the dispatch. To be fair, their depot is in Temecula and they did drive out all the way to Palm Springs for us. It is quite an effort and should have been communicated very clearly at the time when I ordered the limo. If this problem was to develop further, they would have gotten a terrible rating from me. Thankfully the driver managed to work it out without spoiling our bachelor's party. read more

Isac has gotten excellent reviews, and our party of six will add to his long list of accolades! We have NEVER had a limo driver of his quality and character. Communication was excellent prior to our trip, pictures next to the limo and then a wealth of information. We were traveling to Temecula from SanDiego and I mentioned the Superbloom north of Temecula. With our permission to extend the trip, next thing we knew, we were experiencing this amazing wildflower phenomena. Thank you Isac for a spectacular trip. I haven't even mentioned how he managed the wineries, lunch, discounts, and communication. And pictures. We love you Isac and wouldn't hesitate to ask for you any time. You're the bomb!! read more

"ISAC YOU DA MAN!" Our driver Isac was cordial on time and always a step ahead. We were late stuck in traffic and he called ahead and alerted the restaurant we were a few behind without us asking. We had a bachelorette party of 8 ladies getting carted around for wine tasting. The driver, Craig, was a few minutes late but only like 5 and called to let us know. He was super cool and not stuck up like some drivers can be! We made it everywhere we needed to go and he laughed off some of the drunkies shenanigans. A driver can make or break your limo experience so I'd definitely request Craig in the future! The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect would have been being notified as we were leaving that we would be charged for 15 minutes overtime instead of me just seeing the charge and having to call. If the overall trip wasn't so great I might have said something but in the end we did get back a little late so it's all good - I just woulda liked a heads up! Overall, great experience!!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give them 0 stars. I booked a party bus back in July for a Sweet 16 this past weekend and had it canceled less than 48 hours of our event. Ryan's excuse was "due to the driver having COVID." What company does not have a back up driver? I'm sure a longer booking was scheduled and we were cut off. Thanks Ryan for ruining my daughters special day. He offered an excursion limo for the same price as the party bus, ridiculous! Very unprofessional, his contract says he will charge you 90% of booking if you cancel less than 7 days but when he cancels you have to figure it out on your own! read more

Isaac is a sick driver. He knows all the hot wineries and breweries and made sure to set us up with the inside track with wine tastings. We drank all afternoon and didn't have to provide a singe drink ticket. Still paid to get it, but got more wine than we should I think. Plus he was friendly, polite, and made sure to accommodate out beer stops and restrooms breaks. Thank you !!!! read more

THEY SHOULD CALL HIM AMAZING ISSAC!!! Booked a limo through a different company, they must have been over-booked because they sent out Silver-Fox and boy was I glad they did, because I couldn't have been happier with Issac, our driver. The guy went above and beyond and made us feel like rock stars. Not only was he prompt, he called ahead of time and kept us updated on our ETA. Also he was very attentive and considerate about my elderly father, even got out and got us closer to the venue by talking to different parking attendants. Not to mention, navigating through a strip mall just so we could get a burger! I will definitely be using them again, and I will DEFINITELY ask for Issac as well. read more

I have rented several limos with other companies in the past and none have been as great as Silver Fox Limos last night. This was our 1st time using them and our driver Isac was fantastic. Professional, beautiful Limo and a great driver. He made sure we were taken care of, the entire time, from opening doors, texting us his location while we were in our concert and standing outside his limo so we could see him. Rented the black limo bus and had a blast, Ryan the driver was nice but kept it professional, pleasant when addressed otherwise he stayed out of our way, the way it should be with a chauffeured ride. I hired Silver Fox for my daughters prom and was impressed with the the timeliness, the great attitude of the driver Chris, and the very fair prices. Poor customer service…read more I reserved a 16-passenger Mercedes sprinter van to safely take my family to a couple wineries for my parents' milestone birthdays. Our driver accidentally locked himself out of the vehicle with the engine running after he arrived to pick us up. Accidents happen, we get it. At least two other family members witnessed the driver asking me for a hammer to bash in to the window to access the car, at which point I responded "no", and that we should call the owner / office for assistance. The driver left his phone in the vehicle, so I left a message with the office number on the business card, and the sales rep who I booked with. I then suggested calling AAA, to which the driver responded that they would take too long. My husband witnessed that response. My husband ended up calling AAA, and they arrived within 20 minutes, and we were able to get on the road. We THEN missed the first winery. Why? I noticed we were not within the vicinity of the destination, so I had to kindly ask him to pull over safely to the nearest parking lot so we could align on the directions based on the address made in the booking. The driver was going off of an address he jotted down on a loose piece of paper. It turns out the driver misspelled the address (typed the street name as one word instead of two). We were ~14 minutes out of the way from the first location. I directed the driver to take us our 1pm reservation at the second location which was ~13 minutes away from where we were positioned, otherwise we would only have 20 minutes at the first location. The driver arrived at ~10:45a to pick us up for our 4-hour reservation to two wineries. We didn't get to a winery until after ~12:30p. I could not extend the reservation to make up for time lost due to dinner plans. We called the sales rep who booked our reservation a couple days later, hoping for some sort of partial refund for time lost or a coupon for a future booking (anything for compensation for poor service). Unfortunately this will be one of several reviews for Silver Fox Limousine. I've asked all participating parties from this experience to leave their own review. As the primary paying customer and consumer, here is mine: I think everyone on the planet would agree that a limo ride is not just "transportation", it should be a fun experience. A place to relax, drink, be pampered, enjoy the luxurious amenities of a limousine. Our experience with Silver Fox was the complete opposite of this. We simply called to book the Wine Tour (listed on their website) for our anniversary and Ryan the owner of this company, told us he would have a limo by 2pm. That worked out great for us. Driver showed up on time but was not dressed up, he had a shirt and pants on. What happened to Suits? That's pretty minor I guess. When we first stepped into the Limo I noticed right away there was stemware and buckets to put ice, but not ice. And no alcohol? Not a single beer or wine. Nothing. I immediately tried to call Ryan but he was in the movie theatre? Surely there was someone else to answer the phone? So we had to resort to text messaging I guess. This was a red flag for me right away. I simply asked "Wheres the drinks? ice?" He then tried to make me feel stupid commenting "no limo companies provide bars anymore". We take a limo several times a year and I've never seen a limo WITHOUT some sort of drinks. Confused by this I asked the driver Tom and he right away commented "oh, looks like they forgot to stock it". SO even the driver was unaware. Isn't the drive responsible for the party? Clearly upset by this I told the driver to stop and we picked up our own bottle of wine. We each just had one glass. That's all we wanted. So this limo has champagne glasses, tumblers and big empty bottles for whiskey but no alcohol. No ice. So it's all for looks? Next, we tried the neon lighting, it did not work. We asked the driver if the bluetooth works, he could not get it to work, even we tried. We tried to close the Privacy glass, that was broken as well. So we had no privacy. After texting back and forth in dismay the owner started to get really rude, not a single shred of customer service tone. It was almost as if I was a buddy of his or something, saying things like "I'm not doing this with you". "We are the second largest transportation company in the area". Not a single "Let me call you the first moment I can and we will get this resolved for you, I'm terribly sorry". Nothing even remotely close to customer service responses. Ryan also was very confident about his website, he asked us to visit the website because it indicates "everywhere" that only water and ice is included. So, we did just that, we viewed (and recorded) every page looking for this indicator that he spoke of, there was none. It mentions stemware and ice buckets. But nothing about water or ice only. The driver decided to take the back streets to the wineries, we were also confused by this as it was the middle of the day and the 15 freeway was clear. If we were enjoying ourselves then a scenic route would have been appropriate. So it took over 30 minutes to arrive to our lunch location. My wife and talked through lunch and decided to just cut it short and head back home. The driver sensed our disappointment and even offered to extend our time or buy us champagne. We declined as it was too late to turn this around, after the text message exchange. As soon as I got home I text the owner and said "please provide your business email address" because I wanted to document our experience so that customer service could take a look at it. So I drafted an email, listing everything that went wrong and all the issues with the limo. No response, not a single reply back. I text the owner and told him to reply to the email so we can get this resolved and he refused. I then indicated that we will escalate this on our end if we don't get a response. Well a non response is a response I guess, so we expressed that we would be leaving feedback and reviews on this experience. We wanted to give him an opportunity to respond in a business manner. As a consumer we have a right to contact BBB and other local review directories. Customer service 101 indicates the service provider usually will do everything it takes to keep the customer and certainly everything they can do to resolve the issue peacefully. There was none of this. So this is our official review, this could have been avoided. read more

Had an amazing time using Silver Fox Limo. I used this company for my 30th birthday with a group of 14 people plus an 18 month old. Our driver Mark was absolutely amazing! He provided his insight to the wineries which was very helpful since we were coming from out of town. He went out of his way to book us a private tasting at one of the wineries he recommended. By far Silver Fox had the best prices out of all of the limo companies I had reached out to and the customer service was exceptional. They did a fantastic job of answering my many emails with random questions and very quickly. Mark was early to our house on the day of the reservation and incredibly patient with our large group! He seemed to know the wineries well and told us about them before we arrived as to where the best spots were. I probably should have written this review a long time ago, I was one of Ryan's (Silver Fox) very first clients some six or so years ago, and it has been nice to see his business grow even in this economy. So sad that yelp lets some real idiots post reviews like the phone line didnt work never use them, give me a break and get a life. Anyway back to the company, I have done most anything you could use a transportation company for with Silver Fox at one point or another, and everything has always gone over well, its no wonder that they have gobbled up most of the corporate business in the area, you can get someone on the phone 24-7 which is super important for me, their professionalism is top notch, and the drivers are always pleasant and English speaking, something you don't always get. read more

We just used Silver Fox Limousine for a group of 27 friends to go wine tasting in Temecula. I called around to 4-5 different limo companies and had to go with SilverFox because their hourly rates for the party bus were so much lower then the others. I initially was a little worried there would be a catch or have hidden add on fees, etc. but was pleased to be proven wrong. The bus showed up early to our pick up spot in San Diego, drove us to and around Temecula to different wineries and In-N-Out for lunch. Ryan was hassle free and always there when we were ready to be picked up. This wine tasting adventure was a breeze even with coordinating 27 people and I'm glad we went with SilverFox. Silver Fox is new to us as we dealt with Sunset before they were acquired by Silver Fox. We have used their service 2 times within the last 6 weeks or so and had Isac as the driver each time. The first time was luck of the draw. We asked for him specifically the second time and that request was honored. We recommend Isac highly as in the end, it is the driver that represents the service. Be sure to look at the cancellation policy as it seems much more restrictive than with Sunset. We are in the "older" generation we have unplanned events occasionally that could cause a significant charge for fees for no service at all. read more

Only my second limo experience, and it was great. It was a joyous surprise to see this beautiful car driving up our street to pick us up! Isaac was extremely courteous and flexible with our whims. A long drive from Temecula to San Diego for my birthday, and his skill with that long Lincoln was outstanding. He was also very thoughtful and was very aware of the needs of our party of 10, which ranged in age from 5 years to 80!
