My first warning to you, if you were interested in a limo company that has limousines that are clean, limousine drivers who arrive on time, limousines that have air conditioners that work, do not use this company! Again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They arrived late to my house, they arrive late to my wife's funeral, and they arrived late to the burial site. In fact their lack of timeliness created such a problem with time constraints that we could not even read my wife's obituary at the funeral! Do not use them! They are a disaster waiting to happen! Wow what a sorry excuse for a company I just got off the phone with Ryan and asked him about the quote he gave me it was $50 an hour which is more than acceptable plus a 20 percent gratuity that's where the problem started. I asked him what if I get lousy service am I still obligated to give the 20% gratuity. His response was that's just the way we do it and if you don't like it don't use us and find another limo service and then hung up. I contacted over a dozen limo companies to find the best price for my Bachelorette. I wanted to take about 10 women wine tasting through Temecula, with lunches included, and pick us up at the house we were staying at. Silver Fox had the best prices HANDS DOWN. Ryan was very prompt at answering my emails and messages and provided all of the necessary information I needed. I also told him that I wasn't familiar with Temecula and was happy with whatever wineries he wanted to book for us.
