You can tell they really care for the plants, as everything I got was so well taken care of, and even in this heat they are getting established and thriving. They had a wonderful selection of popular items including indoor plants, succulents, orchids, fruit trees, flowering plants, and bonsai. Since I am into succulents it was nice to see the variety they had in stock. Only downside is the pricing of these succulents. I also looked at orchid and pondered whether to replace my indoor collection but the pricing was a bit too high for me to justify replacing all my indoor orchid plants. So instead, I picked one new succulent and one beautiful purple orchis and checked out. I also browsed their collection of ceramic planters and seasonal garden decorations to get some inspiration for my own backyard. Overall, service was good. The staff was very knowledgeable about plant care and watering tips and they gave me advice on keeping my succulents and orchids alive. HAHA we will see how they behave in the next few months. In conclusion, good shopping experience here. Will be back here if my new plants need more tender loving care advice!

I narrowed down a small list and showed it to the staff. They were nice and knowledgable and were able to help. They didn't have all the ones I wanted, but I did end up with a couple of plant pots. I love the nursery cats that live there! They are so chill, and cute! Was told they are technically stray cats but they just live at the nursery now and the staff feeds them. Awww. The place is fairly big and does have a lot of plant options. If you don't already know what you're looking for, it might get a little overwhelming.

We came for the lavender event. However, we stayed three hours shopped for gifts cards, the finest chocolates, and even found some wild blueberry jam. We went Mother's Day weekend and the parking was horrible. Save yourself the headache and just valet your car. We walked in by their restaurant. They have carts available for you to use. The roses were hella expensive; $100 and more for a medium sized pot. They do offer a wide range of fruits and vegetables reasonably priced (~$8) and a variety of different types of flowers were scattered throughout the garden from small to large pots (~$10 - $40's) The garden was designed nicely with small shops offering decor and gardening tools/pot. They were way overpriced imo. Overall it was fun to walk around and see the different variety of plants and flowers. I would rather go to Lowe's/Home Depot or home goods for pots and decor though.

Emily's has a large collection of very healthy looking fruit bearing plants. I fell in love with the mango and peach trees. The issue is that very few plants were labeled. They had hundreds of options, so it was like a guessing game to figure out what we were looking at. There was also no pricing listed for the plants available. While I could look past the lack of labels, I was pretty underwhelmed by the customer service at this nursery. The two women onsite wanted nothing to do with us. They never approached us throughout our search, seemed irritated by our price inquiries, and even refused to make a card purchase for a smaller item - after telling us they accept both cash and card. I left a little irked, but luckily there are so many beautiful outdoor plant stores nearby. Wouldn't recommend visiting unless you're a plant expert that can decipher 300+ species of fruit trees with no labels.

While the plants are fine, I found the overall experience not worth returning for, especially considering the prices, which feel high and not always clearly marked. Several times I only learned the final cost at the register, which creates an uncomfortable surprise at checkout. The customer service has consistently been the main issue. I was not greeted warmly, and when I asked questions or requested help, the responses felt curt and unfriendly. On a couple of occasions, I also felt ignored or met with negative body language from staff, which made the experience uncomfortable rather than enjoyable. I also found their promotions confusing and inconsistently applied. I was informed of a 20% discount for wearing a soccer jersey during the World Cup. When I came in wearing one, I was told the promotion only applied on weekends. Even though today is a holiday and the store will be closed for the Fourth of July weekend, the discount was still denied. Overall, the combination of unclear pricing, inconsistent promotions, and unwelcoming service has led me to decide not to return. I do not recommend this store.
