It can also get busy during peak hours--before folks get to work and especially after 5 but before they close. Fyi: unlike some other locations, they do close on Sundays.

However, recently, I stopped by the location at 9AM since that's when it is open according to Google. They updated their opening times to 10AM instead once I arrived. Ok, no biggie, this is not their fault that Google was not updated. However, I came back at 10AM and it still wasn't open. I waited outside for about 10 minutes and no one ever came. Door was locked, lights off, nobody in sight. This was pretty irritating as I remember that I waited for them a year ago around 9AM for a few minutes until someone finally came out to unlock the door around 9:20AM. Just make the opening hours 10:30AM or 11AM instead if ya'll aren't going to be on time. I can understand 5 minutes or so but in customer service, I was hoping it would have been better. Everyone's time is valuable.

I had an international package that I shipped and insured that got lost that was never paid. I personally spoke with the owner on 11 separate occasions. He would give me lip service and no results.
