She let me know that since we were the only ones in the building, she would lock the door for safety purposes and I so appreciated that. But this was such a great experience. They use hard wax vs. strips and I truly prefer it that way. Brittany used small pieces of wax vs. longer ones which made each pull gentler, so great.
