They have been in the same location for 25 years. They are located in an aging strip mall in Lebanon. The shop is not fancy or upscale inside, but has a homey feel. I came in as a walk-in about 30 minutes before they were supposed to open. They took me right away. They really connect with customers and know most by name. I got a gel manicure. Kevin did my nails. He did a thorough job including a nice hand massage. He was super friendly. We talked about gardening. My manicure is going on 3 weeks now with no chips, and I'm hard on my nails.
