This was my first visit to this salon. My friend & I both had very different experiences. We both got pedis but my tech was not the greatest. He never spoke, was very rough and even cut me twice. I left with two bloodied toes. My friend's tech was nice & professional, no problems with her. I couldn't really locate a manger while there so I called on our way home to let them know of them problem. The gentleman on the phone said the tech would be fired (I made sure he knew that wasn't what I wanted to happen) because they'd had complaints about him before. I suggested that maybe he just shouldn't be a pedicure tech anymore. Based solely on my experience, I would've given one star but considering my friend's experience & the assurances that the salon will follow up on the problem, I'm going with three. read more

This place is just rude. I've been here several times and they never remember me. Only once did I get someone who was friendly. They seem to take it personally that I just want a regular manicure, no gel. But I was close by and needed a manicure so I stopped in. Despite being the only person on the sign-in sheet that hadn't been helped I was told very abruptly that they don't have a one for me. Didn't try to make an appointment for later, just leave. Ok. So normally I would rate this place a solid 4.5/5!! They're super nice and gentle, and I've been a loyal customer for at least a year now! The past 2 times I went I haven't been as satisfied though. The last time I went, I felt like my nail tech was rushing through my nails I asked if he would be able to get my nails to all the same length (sometimes one of my nails breaks or my hands grow at uneven lengths) and so he cut one hand way shorter than the other rather than taking the time (per usual) to even them out. Then he saw another lady walk in, asked her about what she wanted done, and then seemed to be less focused on my nails and rush through. It was the fastest my nails had been done the entire time I've been a customer, but unfortunately not in a good way. I went earlier today to get my nails done again, and they recently hired a new guy. I heard from one of my friends that he is very rough and not very friendly (she was a loyal customer too). Unfortunately, I got placed with him as my nail tech this time and I found the same results. He used a nail drill to file my nails down for a good amount of time, which caused me pain and it was obvious that it hurt. Not once have any of the other techs here done this before. He sort of shoved my hands around too, which is, to me, expected of other salons, but this has never been my standard at iNails. I come here for the gentleness and kindness of the employees. I hate to write a bad review on this place, but I'm moving away in a couple of days and unfortunately my last two visits have been pretty unpleasant. I'm posting this in hopes that they can see this and possibly rethink who they hire/the way they're changing! Also! My friend I went with today usually gets gel nails and today her nail tech (a tech who normally does my nails, not hers, we have never seen him do gel nails before) soaked her nails for about 30 seconds and then took a nail tool that's shaped like a nail, and proceeded to go underneath the gel shell, and lift it up, and then pick it up with his fingers and peel the shell off! Once again, I hate to be bearer of bad news considering these techs are normally very kind and I would consider them friends, but this kind of service cannot go unnoticed. I'm pretty upset by the service lately and sincerely hope that iNails sees this and begins to rethink their management as they try to grow their business more. read more

I have been 3 times. The first time I splurged and got the pedicure with the paraffin treatment. It came with a warm next wrap. It was really nice. I enjoy a strong rub but at the end of the nearly 1.5 hours the firmness was a bit much. The second time was similar. The third time I got a different staff member and it was perfect. If you prefer more of a deep tissue massage, ask for the man who works there. Sorry I can't remember his name. If you want more of a relaxing experience, ask for one of the ladies. I was looking for a nail salon without the strong chemical smell and a neighbor suggested INails. I walked in without an appointment about 1.5 hours before they were closing for the day; they were able to get me seated right away. There was definitely the chemical smell but it wasn't as strong as other nail salons. I got their "classic pedicure" and was finished in no more than 30 minutes. The "callus treatment" listed in the description wound up being a VERY LIGHT and QUICK buffing of the bottom of the feet with a pumice stone/scrub stone so unfortunately I left with a lot of dry skin still on the bottom of my feet which was disappointing. They did a good job at getting the overgrown cuticles around the nails and an OK job at getting the ingrown toenails before they caused a problem. I'll likely shop around other nail salons to see if I can have a better than average experience. read more

The staff was extremely friendly. I am not familiar with the "dip-it" nail. Right from the start, I noticed they were much more expensive than a classic acrylic nail but they did not offer anything besides the dip-it nail. I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday and I was in a time crunch so I found this salon and they were able to get me in right away. I got the white tips. I paid $45 for my nails, and could of spent $30 for acrylics some where else. I am not happy with my nails because they are very cloudy. You can see the powder all throughout my nail and it looks very foggy. Not to mention they dipped my fingers directly into the container, I am assuming the same container they dip everyone else's fingers in. This is unsanitary. Another problem is that my nails toward the fingertips are lifted. I can see all the way up to the middle of my natural nail. Food and all other sorts of things will get stuck in there. I will not be coming back here and will stick to my normal acrylic nails next time. read more

My mother daughter and I came in for the first time last weekend. I don't get to see my mom very often because she lives in a different town and we asked to be seated together. After trying to communicate that to them they acted annoyed and eventually sat us together. Even my 6 year old daughter felt uncomfortable. Even though we were the first to get into the salon when they opened we sat around waiting while others came in and were helped before us. They did not have appointments according to the woman we spoke to. Once we were started the you g man who was doing my nails wrapped my nails in cotton and foil then he left to work on someone else's nails. I sat there for almost thirty minutes before someone finally came to finish my nails. My skin and nails were so dried out from sitting with nail polish remover on for thirty minutes, they started to break the next day. The whole experience was a big let down and we will not be returning. I gave it two stars because the salon was pretty and my nails did look pretty but there was a major language barrier. I did not get the color I asked for and my daughter was suppose to get regular polish but they did gel. I would spend my money at a different establishment. read more
