We went in to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday to get her a birthday mani/pedi. They did alright on her. My guy was pretty bad tho. He cut me not once or twice but 3 times. I wasn't quite sure what to do to be honest! Like I wanted the pedicure but not to be hacked up in the process. It sounds like if I would have said something they would have made me to feel like an idiot (other persons review). I would not recommend this place unfortunately. SERIOUS HEALTH HAZARDS. she was painting over and through the blood that they caused on my nail. She used two files, 2 polishes, and a brush through my blood and re-dipped numerous times, and never cleaned or sterilized. Which makes me curious about the hazards of this entire process. If they did it to me, I wonder how many others have been bleeding and continue to the next person. NOT SAFE. Totally a health hazard!!! Very serious health issue here. THIS IS HOW DISEASES, AIDS, amongst many others are transmitted!!! Health dept should just do some lab testing. It would be frightening to say the least. Let's not even start about the quality. This place used to be wonderful, but If your are not planning to spend over $120+ then go elsewhere. Otherwise you'll be treated as a number and processed through as quickly as possible. The service here is horrible. They have more men doing nails than women and they are ruff and polish like my three-year-old grandbaby when asked for a specific style I was told It could only be done with Gel which was a simple french pedicure. When asked to add rhinestones was told that it would be very expensive I guess she didn't want to do the extra work after having to redo my polish from the horrible polish one of the men did. Decided to give them another try going against my best judgement I called in an appointment and asked for the female specifically as she told me she could if she wasn't busy, after me expressing my and bad experience beforehand she assured me the skinny guy as she addressed would be better. Well it was the worse pedicure I've ever had he cut my nails so low I could feel the nail clipper sharpness then he cut my inner nail leaving bleeding and told me I was a baby showed no compassion and compared me to other older client's who don't complain. I begged him stop! I was so afraid of losing a toe glad I'm not a diabetic. The polish was a kindergarten in training job. Please save yourself a toe and time. Smh read more

I went here because another salon recommended them because they didn't do solar nails. Needless to say it was a good experience. Great pedicures and they did a nice job on my nails as you can see from both pics. Just ask and they will make you a great design on them. Friendly staff and Lena did an awesome pedicure on me. I WILL NOT GO BACK!! 2 years ago they used to be good. Now they are just pathetic and sad. I asked for a design and showed many different options and the only thing the lady said she could do was flowers or lines for $7 PER NAIL! I can do that myself! I kept having to correct the lady on my nails still being sharp and uneven. They kept sighing about it but I'm the one that is paying for it? I do not recommend to anyone. They also are not friendly or good with children. I brought my friends daughter who did not have a good time and they did not communicate with her. I have been going to Lilly Nails and only went to Bella because it was close to where I was and regret going. If i could put negative stars I would. Don does the best acrylic nails I've ever had! The staff is friendly, the prices are fair ($28 for full set unless you have a chipped card then it's $5 more & $18 for a fill). I got a pedicure and it was not very good overall. It was an older man that gave the pedicure. He cut my toenail very uneven and down to the quick. The paint job was sloppy, goopy and uneven. I am not sure painting nails was his forte. I could have done a better job of painting them myself. :-( The staff was nice but I won't be going back there again. It was disappointing. read more

Been here 4 times now. For some reason, they always leave the old nail polish stuck to my fingers and don't clean off which is unacceptable. Also the top coat they use has peeled off 3 of the 4 times within days and I had to return to have it redone. Beautiful job done but they need to have a better top coat. A friend and I got our nails done here yesterday. This morning a few nails have already chipped off. The salon tech who did my nails, proceeded to watch porn immediately after finishing my nails on his iPad, right out in the open. He also cut my cuticle which caused me to bleed even after the manicure was done. Low rating because the quality of the manicure was poor. read more

I have been here two times and so far and most likely will not be coming back for a third. The first time I came was great i was taken right away and Billie did a full set for me that turned out great! I just went back today for a fill and my experience was the complete opposite. after signing in, the lady took the sheet my name was on and there it away without even looking to see that i had already signed in, so i had to sign in again. I waited for over an hour and multiple people were taken before me that came in quite a bit after me. The woman next to me even had an appointment for 3:55 and was not taken until 4:35 because she was skipped over. They workers did not even bother to check the sign in sheet and just took who they felt like next. Finally I was sat in a chair and then had to wait 10 more minutes before they even started in my nails. The man who did them was NOT gentle at all and continued to fill and buss down my skin around my nail, causing me to bleed on 3 fingers. He was not thorough on painting my nails and left streaks and bumps and chips. He also charged me $20 for a fill that should have been $18. After reading quite a few reviews i have heard of this happening to others because they are afraid they won't get a tip otherwise. I am not happy with this nail technician and if I do go back here, I will ONLY be seeing Billy! read more

I stopped in there for the first time yesterday to get a fill in. I was pleasantly surprised. I am relatively new to this area and know very little about nail salons around here or anywhere--PERIOD-- and had no idea where to go.I was a little apprehensive at first because of the wait there seemed to be. However, the nice gentleman got me up at a table in less than 20 minutes even with the crowd there. And talk about polite and "attentive"! Practically doted on me. Everything about the place and the service process: clean, appears to be properly disinfected. That's important to me. It was obvious the staff there is very interested in and concerned about my satisfaction with the service. One of the ladies there made specifically sure to ask me before I paid and left if I "liked my nails." I told her "I absolutely love them." Now my nails look gorgeous and actually so natural even! Wow! I'm so glad the tech talked me into "Number 5". (Ask about it when you go in.) ;) I was dead set on this color I had brought with me but I got the gel polish. He was right! I left literally gushing all over. Couldn't wait to show everybody. I only wish I had gotten the tech's name. No worries I will have plenty of opportunities to learn it soon enough. Went to get a mani. I decided that I would just do a regular polish since I have been doing it at home and they have looked nice and been lasting for almost a week. I normally get the gel polish. So I went to Bella Nail and asked for a regular mani with regular polish. It looked terrible! She charged me $15 before painting and I gave a $5 tip. They do that so you don't mess your nails up when paying. Had I known how awful they would look I would have not tipped ahead of time. Well what was done was done. I thought it's not that bad. I left and went to Pick up my sister to do some shopping. She said my nails weren't great but ok. As the day of shopping went on my nails got worse and worse. Wish I would have taken a picture. I decided to go back to have them fixed. My nails looked like my 3 year old nephew painted them. Upon arrival they noticed that I was back from this morning and the lady that painted my nails came up to me a looked at them. I said I need them redone they are awful looking. She just looked at my nails and went back to a pedicure she had been working on. I sat and waited. Then a gentlemen said miss I can help you over here. I got up and sat down at his booth. I told him I was there this morning already and my nails look terrible. He did my nails and this time I ask him to do the gel polish. When he was done I thought maybe a charge for the upgrade but not full price. I was charge another $25 and gave a $5 tip. I feel bad not to tip he didn't mess up my nails the first time. Anyway I paid a total of $50 plus gas and time. Not sure if I will return. Really upset and sad about the whole thing. read more
