There's a reason why you never have to wait long at a Great Clips. IT"S TERRIBLE!!!! I had to wait about 45 minutes which was ok for me, I just went to walmart for a while. When I got there they put me in a chair and quickly snipped my hair. It was choppy, sloppy, and different lengths. Frankly, she seemed more concerned about selling me product than giving me a good hair cut. When I got home and straightened my hair I realized their mistake. I had to have my LITTLE SISTER fix my hair!!! She's 14 and she did a better job than these people. They just want to get you in and out quickly and have lost me as a customer. I hope no one else suffers through all this crap. read more
