I've had a lot of muscle pain as of late, so I needed a good work over. Well, I got worked over. The only con I have is that the hot stone part was done with as much vigor as the rest of the massage. I was hoping it would have been a little longer and a bit more gentle. I felt as though I didn't get the full effect of the hot stones because that part was done so quickly. I'll definitely come back when I need a vigorous massage but I wouldn't make this a weekly or monthly event. Given how deep tissue these massages are, one every few months will do.

There is only 1 nail tech (Carrie) so I felt more safe being one on one than in a salon with a dozen chairs side by side. She did a wonderful job with the pedi. My gel manicure didn't turn out the greatest. It looked ok when I left, but later noticed that the gel is so thin you can actually see light coming through the dark color on the nail. It also scratches easily. I've been getting gel mani's for years and have never had them scratch/show wear like this before. I believe it was a product issue. The cost was $85 for both, which I found to be fairly steep.

Why I love her: I get really antsy and claustrophobic at lash apts and it's always been super chill with her. I squirm around and my eyes twitches like crazy and she still works with me. Also, my eyes NEVER burns with her and I can't even close my eyes all the way but she's able to work magic with her hands. Like I said in my previous post I had LASIK, so I need to protect my eyeballs. Hygiene: Top notch they have a machine to read your temperature and to make sure you have a mask. Super high tech. Saw first hand Tori wiping down the bed and sanitizing the room and tools. Must needed during this time. I feel safe at ease and with a friend here. Picture below is hybrid - super fluffy

I was given some flack when asked for an unused file I was then shown a service menu saying if I just upgraded to that pedi that all items used are new & explained that I'm a licensed nail technician & it is law to use all new for each person she smacked her lips at me & then went & got everything new. paint job is fine. Shaping is fine but not sure I'd return here just due to the scene made with just asking for the basic things that are required by the state board. Environment was fine normal salon vibes, tv playing, message pedi chairs, etc. not a very warm greeting nor does it feel very welcoming but could have just been due to each technician being with a client.
