this was my number one nails spot until it wasn't.. the past handful of times i've went to them they either absolutely OBLITERATE my nails and make them NOTHING like what i ask for or they rush through them and make them sloppy. if i wasn't paying too much it wouldn't be as big of a deal, but $70???? for something that couldve looked better if a child did them. don't pmo. read more

He ensured that I wasn't feeling any pain during the process of cutting my cuticles. The chairs were very comfy and they had really nice art to look at. I arrived to find out No Walkins... so called and made an appointment from the parking lot... was going to wait 30 minutes .. but they called me back just minutes k ok after with an opening... I had a great experience with Amm my nail tech. Recently took artificial nails off due to Covid pandemic. Nails are still damaged but had grown out enough to manicure and gel paint. Amm was patient trying to match my nail color on my toes ... they don't have OPI... and began carefully working on my hands. She was friendly and sweet. The service here wasn't good. The owner wasn't friendly at all. The person who did my pedi didn't use new clean tools and While pumicing the bottom of my feet, they left a cut on the bottom of my toe. They didn't shake up the nail polish bottle which left an uneven coat. I let the person finish and decided not to get my manicure here. They are not cheaper than any other salon so I would suggest going somewhere else. Unfortunately I can't recommend Thai place and I will not be coming here again. read more

pretty much an okay place except for a younger man who is very rough and paint chips off in a day! The worse thing about this place is they let their young children RUN around and play in your pedicure water and let a baby in a walker run over your feet! So not a good place to go and relax!!! read more

my past experiences with a nails have been great. but the last 3 times i have gone have been awful. today i went in for a fill on my acrylic nails, walked out in tears. i had longer nails before this experience. but after this experience my fingers hurt from the cuts on them. and my nails are stubs. the nail tech did not talk to me whatsoever, she filed into my fingers, she cut my cuticles with the drill, and when i jerked back from the pain she looked annoyed. my nails are uneven, they are way to thick, and honestly just plain ugly. my nails are the most confident thing about me and now i have no confidence. i have been trying for 6 hours to get them off but i have had no luck. if you do choose to go to this salon ask for Tom. he's one of the only people there who has not done wrong to me. moral of the story i will not ever be going back to a nails. read more

I walked in... had an appointment at 11am... asked for a manicure with gel nail polish... all they did was change the color and charge me 20 dollars. When I confronted them they just ignored me and proceeded to make me pay.... not happy one bit.... not only did they do that but they made me wait until 11:30.... then while they were changing the polish they literally got up a total of 5 times and left me at the table for 5 minutes at a time..... read more

I absolutely love all the staff. Sophia is my favorite but I never leave mad no matter who helps me! They are awesome about getting you in quick & appointments are actually honored at the right time. I went in there yesterday to get a pedicure. I'm 5 months pregnant and needed some pampering. After waiting about 35 mins, I choose my color and they take me back to the chair. As I sit down I dropped the nail polish and it breaks. ( omg.. kill me!). I'm instantly hot with embarrassment. Naturally, basic instinct kicks in and I start to heave myself out of this chair to pick it up. They tell me I can't due to liability. So I sit back down, and put my feet in the tub... as instructed with hand motions. Then the pedi starts. She continues to talk about the broken bottle and polish the whole time. Stating it needs to keep wet, otherwise it won't clean up well. So then sprays a bottle of nail polish remover on it. Which was very overwhelming in smell. Ok.. at this point I'm trying to fight back tears.. cause pregnancy mixed with embarrassment as this lady continues to talk about it non stop. Not enjoying myself at all.. Then she stops the pedi to clean it up.. She apparently has never dealt with broken glass and cut herself on her thumb. ( not saying that wouldn't suck.. but it was a little prick.. nothing crazy) She proceeds to show EVERYONE and keeps thrusting it in my face telling me "look... look.. you see? See what happen?!" After her coming back to me for the third time to show me I finally say sternly "I don't know what you want me to do about that!" And burst into tears. Tell her I'm done and put my shoes on.. she follows me as I am getting my coat.. (to make sure I pay) Everyone in the place was staring at me.
