This means they can charge whatever they like on that day, and label it as "additional services" on the receipt, which seems like a shady business practice. The only exceptions are the thoroughly detailed pedicure prices. The nail professionals are nice, but I question whether the service matches the price being charged. After my last few visits, I am strongly considering doing my own nails or waiting until I go to Fort Wayne to get my pampering. If you are going, I highly recommend you ask detailed questions about what they charge for specific services.

I contacted the owner, sent her pictures of what I wanted and a picture of what I got. She never got back to me about it. Did not offer to redo my hair to correct it. Nothing!! Very unprofessional in my opinion to leave a customer as upset and unhappy as I was. She could have offered a refund but did not.
