I went there to have my hair colored. They do hair and nails. Sent a picture of what I wanted…read morebooked the appointment. My hair didn't turn out the way I wanted. I contacted the owner, sent her pictures of what I wanted and a picture of what I got. She never got back to me about it. Did not offer to redo my hair to correct it. Nothing!! Very unprofessional in my opinion to leave a customer as upset and unhappy as I was. She could have offered a refund but did not.
