Hailey was embarrassed that she treated her on-time, 20% tipper, good word of mouth, customer (me) w/ blatant disrespect and arrogance because she was misinformed about my appointment. Not only am I pretty sure i was over charged and some fees were not disclosed to me. AFTER my $50 gift card was taken off it was STILL $198.. now my volume set should have been 200. which is still insane compared to some of the other esthetician i talked with their pricing is no where near this.. after just a week of having this so called "volume" set they fell out.. BAD.. so not only did I pay an insane price for these.. they did not even look good I day I left with them... thankfully I was able to find an esthetician that was willing to work with me and fix my lashes. Absolutely night and day. So i spent over $200 here to turn around and spend more to get them fixed by someone else. I WOULD NOT go here for lash extensions.. I have posted photos since there are absolutely none of any lash extension work.. 1st photo is the day I walked out of Posh.. and that was a FULL VOLUME SET... 2nd photo is my re-work done by someone else.. which i HIGHLY would recommend.. The hair cut was great.. but I will never go here again for lashes.. EVER.

I've had a lot of muscle pain as of late, so I needed a good work over. Well, I got worked over. The only con I have is that the hot stone part was done with as much vigor as the rest of the massage. I was hoping it would have been a little longer and a bit more gentle. I felt as though I didn't get the full effect of the hot stones because that part was done so quickly. I'll definitely come back when I need a vigorous massage but I wouldn't make this a weekly or monthly event. Given how deep tissue these massages are, one every few months will do.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Lifestyle Spa. Apart from the immediate relaxation you…read morefeel once stepping foot into the spa, the staff is always very kind and accommodating. I found the Lifestyle Spa because I have been following my skin guru, Kimberly Ross, for the past 10+ years. My mum connected me with Kimberly when I was 12 years old because I had a pretty bad unibrow- couldn't be walking around like that! I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin, the best products that work for me and shared best practices for taking care of my skin. I basically can't go without my regime she curated for me otherwise my skin starts to freak out. She knows my skin better than I do. She takes the time the time to understand the full picture; your diet, medications one takes, hormones, the sun & environment you surround yourself in and how it all plays a part in the appearance your skin. I've lived in London and Los Angeles and I can honestly say, there is NO ONE like Kim. Even being on the other side of the country, she has taken the time to make sure I have everything I need. One of the first things I do when I know I am making a trip back home to Indy, is scheduling an appointment with Kim. If you are struggling with your skin, brows or need to relax with a spa treatment- Kimberly R. is your lady. She is the secret behind my healthy skin and beautiful brows. She should be winning some awards with her talent.
