I booked an online appointment for a spa pedicure at this location. Soon after booking a staff member confirmed the appointment via phone and explained their sanitation guidelines. When I arrived someone greeted me in the parking lot to do a quick forehead scan to check my temperature. They held the door for me and led me to the pedicure room. I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences. I go there for my massage from Linda. She has strong hands and will cater the pressure based on your needs. It's always wonderful and relaxing to get a massage from her. My husband too got a massage from a guy here and was very happy. I have also gone for my facial to Kaytlin and she has done a great job always. I have driven by this spa location for over a decade. I have been intrigued, but never to the point of further investigating services available or scheduling an appointment for services. Approximately six months ago I received a gift card from one of my customers as a thank you. I reviewed the La Beaute website and scheduled an appointment for a Haute Couture Darphin Pedicure ($75) with the recommended nail technician. The appointment was an hour and a half, spent in a massage chair that did not accommodate for my height (5'2"), and filled with constant chatter. Not a spa like experience at all. The results of the $75 upgraded pedicure are below. Heels are rough, toenail color applied haphazardly so much so I could not clean it off my toes. Contacted management. An offer to repolish my toes was made, I declined as my only availability does not coordinate with their schedule. A partial refund was mentioned. Unacceptable. I have had numerous pedicures over the last two decades. All were far better quality, better environments and more than half the price. All in licensed, clean and inviting facilities. read more

I don't get fake nails, I just do gel nails. The lady who took care of me was very friendly and engaging, but not too much. My facial was interesting since it was my first time. The facial lady put a hot towel around my face for a bit, then she removed it and started pinching blackheads ot off my face. OUCH. Then. she cured my face with some kind of Satanic electricity wand. It tingled, but didn't hurt. Finally, she moisturizes my face. Very interesting experience. Last, but certainly not least, my massage. What a heavenly experience! This was also a first time I'd ever gotten a professional massage. I had a gift card, and I got the therapeutic massage, which was $15 more than my gift card. That one focuses on any pain you have. It was wondrous because I have severe lower back pain. They lead you into a dim room, and ask you to undress from the waist up and get under a blanket on the table. The table is warm and comfy so that you can relax. Over the next hour, the massage therapist worked my back, glutes, arms, hands, legs and feet. Wow! I checked out Le Beaute' today. It was SUPER relaxing and wonderful. Lucy was my massage therapist. She was very attentive and did not "baby" me like I feared she might knowing I am knocked up. I wanted medium pressure and I wanted her to concentrate on my lower back, ankles and head/neck. She did an awesome job and I would definitely go back! The cost was up there ($80+tip) for an hour but I do think it's worth it. The ladies working the reception desk were kind, welcoming and professional - all good points in my book. It was my day off and I wanted to pamper myself with a pedicure. After reading the reviews on Yelp and seeing that it wasn't too far from me, I decided to call and schedule a pedicure for later that day. On the inside, it looks very posh and Parisian. I would spend my money elsewhere. First, the bad: This was the first time getting a facial at a new place that I was never asked a thing about my habits, concerns or issues. I was up-sold $30 more into the hydrofacial, though I don't notice anything special about the results. I came in for a specific reason, but they never really asked. I was told that the breakout along my jaw was mostly calcium deposits that she couldn't clear and I'd just have to come back in 2 weeks for her to do more work. I cleared several or myself the next day myself (many were whiteheads, not calcium deposits.) I've never had someone tell me up front that they'd only do partial work, and the rest would need a follow up visit. Usually, facials are quite thorough. Also, she left the door cracked open while I changed outta my top so her dog could come and go from the room. The dog was sweet, but his comfort seemed more important to her. The bright spot of this expensive visit was the massage - it truly was lovely and the masseuse was great. Except, after mentioning that I had neck problems, she let me fall asleep facedown to one side and "didn't want to wake me" so I woke up at the end with neck pain so bad (worse than when I came in), she had to do a quick fix with cupping before scooting me out for her next appointment. Other masseuses I've been to would've woken me up. I also wasn't given water on my way out, which most masseuses seem to be fanatical about. The desk couldn't find the partial gift payment someone had contributed prior to my visit and almost made me pay again before figuring out their error. The owner/aesthetician who did my facial tried to sell me hard on over priced products on my way out, still never having asked about my needs or habits. Overall, a costly, insincere & just meh experience I won't be repeating. There are too many other, quality spas in town. read more

Visited this salon for a variety of services for more than 20 years. I booked an hour-long facial. When I booked the appointment, I was told they didn't open until 9 a.m. and I had the first appointment. At 9:15, I was still waiting to be called....and only after approaching the receptionist was I told they booked a customer before my appointment and he arrived late, which pushed my appointment back. Got a 35 minute facial and was charged for an hour' uncooperative person at front desk - and the facial was just mediocre. Definitely not the La Beaute spa experience of previous visits. Customer service certainly lacking this time....don't think I'll chance another disappointing visit to La Beaute, especially at their prices. read more

For the entire experience, I was thinking that my esthetician was giving her first facial. I did not get a bolster under my knees and was laying on what looked to be a twin bed sheet with a comforter on me. I did not get a terry-cloth wrap to hold my hair back, but instead had a hairnet put on me. She upsold me the hydra facial without telling me that it was an additional charge. The strangest thing, however, was that she used NO hot towels on me, but instead dried off my face with kleenex a few times. I don't think my skin is that bad, but I not only had a Clarisonic brush session, I had a peel, then a scrub and a hydra facial to boot. Then she massaged my face using thick massage cream that seemed to go against the fact that I told her I was oily in the T-zone. Finally, the LAST step was extractions, AFTER she had massaged me using techniques I can only describe as "not a thing". When I told her I didn't need any product nor the Clarisonic brush, she just vanished without a word. I presumed I was done and got out of there as soon as I could. Meanwhile, the friend I was with at the spa had a completely normal experience. I asked her if I was being punked, as this entire facial was like something out of a sitcom, like no other facial I have ever had in my life, and not in a good way. Seriously. read more

I just wanted to let you know i was in there Saturday to get a couples massage and was not very happy with it at all. For starters my sister dropped off flowers for me to give my girlfriend and instead of just giving them to her the lady told her who dropped them off. Kind of ruined the meaning behind it. Then the one giving my massage had real bad breath. Not real relaxing when they are breathing right over your head. And usually after getting my massage I feel better, I didn't feel any different when I left. I know I didn't ask for a deep tissue but she didn't work out anything. It was like a back rub that puts you to sleep. After it was over I was never even asked how it was because at that point I would have told someone. I've had a lot of massages over the years and that one by far was the worst. And I do understand the difference between a Swedish and a deep tissue but at least use some pressure. My rating is a negative 500. I went there for permanent eyebrows. The only reason I went there was based on the spa & the reputation they had. Shirley, the permanent make-up specialist told me during my consultation, to come in the day of my procedure with my brows drawn on the way I wanted them. I spent two hours that morning applying them so they would be just right. After about an hour of working on me, she had me look in the mirror. I was horrified. They were NOT AT ALL what I had wanted. I had even brought in pictures and drawings of how I wanted them. She has tattooed 2 upside U's on my face. I was so horrified I was having an out of body experience. She told me they were starting to swell & she couldn't do anymore at that time. She told me to come back in a month. I was so stupid and naïve. I paid them & had hoped what she was saying was true. She lied. Once they healed, 1 brow is so much higher & 1 was is so far off, its arch begins after an inch of the brow beginning. I had called La Beaute to let them know that Shirley is scarring people for life. Sarah answered the phone. She said she would have Kathy, the office manager call me back. Before I even got the words "do you have my number" out of my mouth, she hung up on me. Neddless to say I haven't heard back from them and that was a month ago. I just wanted to save any other person from having to go through what I went through. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PERMANENT MAKE-UP!!!!
