Had an amazing time here at Silky Lengths! Super cute visually aesthetically pleasing shop with a great team. Johana managed my hair with expertise and great suggestions. I was new to adding wefts to my hair and she took me through the process and stayed up very late to do my hair and even continued it the next day to finish the extensions. I got a lot compliments from the ladies and gents, overall feeling like a babe haha. I later found out that my scalp is sensitive, so Johana is currently taking them off, letting my hair rest for a week and we are going to reinstall with the same method, but different thickness. I originally came in with K-tip hair extensions that I purchased myself, and unfortunately the hair quality was terrible -- constant tangling, pulling, and shedding. Even though this wasn't Johanna's fault at all, she insisted on re-installing them for free using a different glue because she genuinely wanted me to be happy with my results. That level of honesty and care is rare. After the second install, the hair still wasn't holding up, and instead of pushing me to keep something that wasn't working, Johanna honestly recommended switching to tape-in hair extensions.
