He completed his assigned service and we parted ways. Prior to departing he gave me a card from the business offering $25 discount towards next service. I drove less than a block to a gas station to get and the car died again. I called the number on the card and advised a gentleman that I just saw Jose 2 minutes prior. I asked if he could come to the gas station. I was informed that Jose was already dispatched to another call and I would have to pay $100 to be serviced. I was stuck and needed the service. Jose, called shortly after and said he would be there in 1 min. Upon arrival Jose advise me using the facility at the first service stop when he was dispatched he was then dispatched to me for a second service. Jose great, company sucks. No f:)&s given. Another one of those we are making money road side assistance. $$$$$ driven . Weak San Jose company. Reporting the incident to USAA for discontinued service.

When a jumpstart didn't work, he tried a couple other things and asked several questions trying to help figure out what was wrong. Ultimately he wasn't able to get my car running because it had some electrical problem, but I really appreciated his help and experience. It later turned out (after towing it to a shop) that a fuse was blown in my aftermarket security system but this is a pretty rare thing that he couldn't have been expected to know about.
