After I showed him pictures and videos of the damage, he promptly scheduled to come over at noon to start the repair. He understood the urgency, since I had to turn off the water to prevent further damage. He arrived on time and as promised! I could not believe it! In my experience, they usually say they'll come over in a span of 4 to 5 hours, only to arrive in the last hour. But not this company. No waiting and wondering for hours about when they'll arrive! I thought the repair was not simple since it involved replacing a meter valve and a couple of pipe fittings. But he finished it in less than an hour. I thought the work done was excellent. From the time I called in until he finished the repair, it only took 4 hours. I've never seen such a fast response, punctuality, quality of service like this company. It's amazing. Thank you!

He also updated the outlet to a GFCI one. Jack was easy going, communicative from the start, pleasant to work with, and prompt. He speaks English and Vietnamese. I think his pricing is fair. He took his time to make sure everything worked and was to my liking, such as the view angle, the location of the device, and different options for installation. We ran into an issue with the wall studs being in the way and he was able to provide workable options. He cleaned up after himself, wore a mask, and took his shoes off to do the work. The work was clean and everything is working great so far! I would hire him again in the future when I need electrical work.

I needed to get two fire extinguishers serviced and certified so I was looking around. Called a few spots until I came to Nickell. They transferred me to the tech Jose and I left a message and he got back to me promptly. He said they could come out in two days to do it or I can bring it in, so I decided to bring it in for faster service. Jose was clear and explained everything over the phone. When I got to the shop the great customer service kept on continuing. I was greeted as I walked in, filled out the paperwork and David picked up the extinguishers within minutes. As I sat there, I talked to the staff for about ten minutes, then David comes back and walks both extinguishers out to my car for me. I parked maybe about 200 feet away and the extinguishers were not light. Overall best customer service I got all year and I'd recommend EVERYONE to send them your business. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and the pricing are very affordable too.
