I thought the repair was not simple since it involved replacing a meter valve and a couple of pipe fittings. But he finished it in less than an hour. I thought the work done was excellent. I made it crystal clear that this was a RESIDENTIAL application. Joseph indicated no problem, they could absolutely handle it. I made 2 appointments...the first to deactivate the system and to repair the leak, and the second to return 24 hours later to re-activate it. I took 2 days off work, moved several cars so they could have access to the ceiling, and scheduled a contractor to repair the ceiling hole access afterwards. When the day of the appointment rolled around, I received a text from Joseph 15 minutes AFTER the appointed time, saying that they were not coming to do the job. Apparently they were not insured for residential work after all. He did take ownership of the mistake, for which I will give him credit. But if you want a dependable company that does what they say they are going to do....find someone else.

Since there were a few fire code violations, Liberty Fire Protection was able to make the necessary repairs, retrofits and installations and we were code compliant once again!
