He asked me for my address and we were set for service the next day. He showed up right when he said he would, except he showed up at my Berkeley home instead of my family's Cupertino apartments. It was only then that I realized I had given him the wrong address and made him drive an hour out of the way. Despite my mistake, Aaron was not upset at all and said he could still make it to Cupertino that same day. I offered to pay for him coming out to Berkeley but he wouldn't take any additional payment. Call another service! These guys lie about their service and then only try to fix it when you yelp them! The gauge is bent where? You claimed the seal had been tampered with but it is clearly there! You also claim it was hit. No where in that picture does it look like it took a hit and broke anything! Again offering a free extinguisher only after the 3rd time and a bad yelp review. Five minutes and over $100 later I became in their words "legal".
