Missed spaces 2 days in a row. 3rd day I was told we close at noon so no appointments. I said I would try again on Friday and was told only one appointment available and I should call around to other clinics. So the message that 'we see new clients " same day emergency is as far from the truth as it gets. When you travel to another state and stay for 5 months and you have a dog or even a cat your vet options are limited and frightening.

I was told 6 were being placed on hold for me and I could pick them up later that day around 2:30-3. I drove half hour to pick up the ducklings and when I arrived the shipment hadn't come in and was most likely not going to be in that day. So I was told to come back the next for my ducklings. I was a little annoyed at that point. Now the next day rolls around and I give spikes a call to see if the ducks are in before I drive all that way. And what is the response I get? I was told by a woman on the phone that she had sold my ducklings!!! At this point I was livid! She told me nobody made her aware the ducks were on hold for someone. Poor Communication on the employees part! And did she try to do anything to resolve the situation? No not a thing. She simply said "well they're no longer here, so there's nothing I can do." "Would you like To place an order for next week?" NO! Those ducklings were suppose to be a birthday present for my niece today.
