When I picked her up, she was completely shaved all the way down to her pink skin. She didn't even look like the same dog! Fast forward to now, and I wanted to give it another chance. I requested a different groomer this go around. When I picked her up today, she looked great! The disappointment was when I went to pay and discovered that my cost DOUBLED from the last several times we've been in there. There was one spot where she was matted, but her entire body was not matted. I was told it was for "combing" but no one ever mentioned any price increase for this. This price reflects a dog that had serious matting and I know my dog didn't have serious matting. The staff is kind and friendly! I think my time with Lilly Bees is up, and I'll be looking elsewhere for groomers.
