We take our little shih tzu bischon's there for grooming and they come home looking and smelling so good. We take our german shepherd there for nail trims and use the self wash. The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them. I found that the birds would not use it because the opening to the feeder made it very difficult for the birds to access the seeds.
