My wife was having four new tires installed at Sam's Club on an older vehicle, and they were unable to get one of the wheels off. It was a Saturday, and I called Fleet Farm auto to see if they could help. They got us right in, got the tire off, and cleaned everything up on the hub and stuff, too. They were super nice, only charged us 20 bucks, and we learned that they price match on tire prices. This is where I will go from now on. read more

Got new tires, the guys worked with me to get around my work schedule for an appointment before leaving town. They identified an additional problem with my wheel and gave advice for fixing it and were overall super helpful. I worked for MFF for almost 30 years. Customer Service was our #1 priority. That is not the case anymore. You can not find anyone to help you with anything. No one is working the floor anymore. All I wanted today was a key. Not a single employee to be found. So if you need any help with your purchase do not go there. I could not make my own key. We were once a #1 rated store. I was in Fleet Farm this morning, 10/25/2023, and purchased a Coghlans Wind Resistant Lighter to lite my gas grill, fire pit, and others. The sign on the shelve stated it was on sale for $2.50 but it rang up at the regular $4.99 at checkout. I didn't notice this until I got home and reviewed the receipt. This has happened too many times to me. I will now stand in the checkout line to review my entire receipt before I leave or just forget about shopping at Fleet Farm. read more

Mills Fleet Farm (as some call it, The Man's Mall) is a place that has a tremendous selection of products - everything from pet and farm supplies to hardware and building materials to hunting and fishing gear to food to clothing to toys. It's the go to place for Christmas toys. They often have great clearance prices on clothing. You can find good deals on pet food and nuts. It's amazing the variety of things that Mills sells. Did I mention shoes and small household appliances? Did I mention fencing material and electrical and plumbing supplies? The one drawback is that because the store is so large and sells so much, I often need to ask an employee where something is located. They've generally been able to tell me where it is, but not always. Mills also has a gas station at this location. Often, after your purchase, you'll receive a discount gas coupon, so get your gas after you shop, not before. read more

My husband and I purchased a calf warmer today. We had driven my car for another errand and stopped in at Fleet Farm on a whim. As hard as we tried, we could not fit the calf warmer in the back. The guy who was helping us seemed very impatient. We finally gave up and went home to switch vehicles. When we came back later in the day with our pick up, the guy had gone home, so a young woman helped my husband load the calf warmer. She was so nice. It was bitterly cold today but she even offered to let my husband use her gloves. He declined, but the thought really warmed his heart on a very trying day. We wish we had her name, but hopefully someone knows who she was. She deserves recognition. In many situations it seems that customer service is practically non existent but that is not the case with her. read more

This fleet farm was bad before, but with the new remodel has gone even more downhill. When you go to the store it is always packed with people and lacking in checkouts open. I have gone a couple times in the past month to find one specific item I can only find there and it is always out of stock. If you don't know exactly what you need and where to find it, you will have to spend your time hunting down an employee to help. The online ordering is worse than going to the store. The first time I tried order online and pick up in store it took over 5 hours to be filled and when I called I was informed that it was because they didn't have or couldn't find half the items. The next time I tried, it took another 4 hours and then I called and said I would just come in and get the item myself since it wasn't even close to ready. Yesterday I wanted to buy some runner boots for my husband and fleet farm is the only store in the area that carries the brand he likes. I looked online and of course it says item cannot be shipped to me. So, I tried the pick up in store option hoping I could actually have a nice experience with this store. No such luck. I placed the order around 1pm, figuring I would pick it up the next day. I get an email at 7pm telling me they cancelled my order because they can't fulfill it! It would've been nice to know that so I could've looked for rubber boots somewhere else. In my opinion this is the worst store in the St. Cloud area. Everytime I shop there it try to order I am disappointed. The only reason I ever shop there is if I can't find what I need at Scheels, since these are the only two choices we have in the area for hunting and fishing gear. read more

I shop at Mills Fleet Farm whenever I need generic peanuts or pecans in 1lb bags. They're cheap and good, so why not? Ever wanted to see a real life farmer? This is your place. The variety of products is kinda mind-boggling. I feel like it has literally everything you or your home could possibly need (given you don't really care about having nice clothes/furniture) with the exception of fresh produce. But hey! You can go to the greenhouse and buy vegetable plants in the summer, so there you go. read more

Mills Fleet Farm has a lot of customers at this store, that's because it's a nice place to shop, kind of relaxing here, I've talked to different people about this store on many occasions in the last 20 years and heard positive things why they like shopping here, come to think of it I don't really have any complaints about Fleet Farm, things were a bit harder to find after they made this store a giant store, but that is to be expected wouldn't you say! I've always thought their employees were kind and helpful in my case, I figure that Mills Fleet Farm train their employees to be helpful and kind, at least that has been my experience for over 20 years, as a shopper I expect some employees to have a bad day every once in a while, I haven't had that here yet, but if I do it's not hard for me to be kind to someone who's having a bad day or having unhappy moments, after all they are more than an employee they are also Human, Just think it's nice to have more than the Home Depot and Menards, I just feel more at home shopping at Mills Fleet Farm with smiles and nice people. read more

I like the store itself; however, last fall I purchased winter boots, RANGER brand, for my 10 yr old twin grandsons. The boots began falling apart within two months of wearing. The boys wear them to school and playing in the snow, ordinary childs play- no winter sports as skiing, etc. Today, the sole (heel) of one of the boots fell off when the child was at school. I did not keep the receipt as did not feel I would have to do so. I will never purchase boots at the store unless a different brand offered. The boots were attractive but apparently cheaply made. The low 'review' is only for the boots; the store itself is a good one. read more

i give this a 1 star review because management needs to get their stuff together and learn to find their inventory in the yard i spent 2 hours their the first time we went to pick up storage lockers and they "couldn't find them" so we had to go back and spend 2 more hours there the second time and we called in advance 3 times and they called us back one time saying that they have them by the front desk and we still had to wait for 2 hours i am very disappointed in them and i won't be attending mills again if i could give them a half star i would read more

Well Fleet Farm, you have officially lost my business. Today, I went into the Waite Park store to look for some reloading supplies that they had "in stock" and "on sale". When I went to look for the items there were none. I asked an employee that works at the gun counter if they had already sold out of the items. He told me that they never even had them in stock. I have experienced this several times with Fleet Farm since the Mills family sold the business. They put out ads claiming to have a sale on an in stock item and when you get there they never even had the item in the first place. Waste of my time and energy going there. The staff attitudes there are very negative and they seem to avoid you when you need assistance. Today I watch a manager and an employee have a full blown argument over vacation time across the gun section. I was not the only customer in the area that witnessed this. On top of all of this the store looks like a hurricane went through all of the time. Empty boxes and parts of shelving laying all over the aisles. It is too bad that my once favorite store has turned into a complete shit show. I guess I will take my business to Scheels from now on. read more

I give this store one star, over the last year or so this store has turned into a terrible place to shop. The shelves are empty and they are out of items, routinely. But the attitude of the staff attendant at the gas station last night was just to much to not share. They have been having problems with their car wash. I purchased a car wash on 11/22, the day i purchased my wash the car wash was out of order. On 12/20, it was warm enough out side that i wanted to wash my car. Car wash was still out of order?? On 12/21 i went to gas station cashier (because customer service in the store told me that is what i needed to do to get my money back for my already paid for car wash), cashier was the rudest person i have ever encountered. She told me that the car wash WAS working on the 20th!! As I stand there trying to get my $8 dollars back, customers are waiting to pay for their gas. She continues to insist that it was working when i attempted to wash my car, it was not. Finally got my money back. Mills Fleet i am done shopping here, this used to be a great store.
