The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them. Took my 7 m/o kitten in for antibiotics for respiratory infection, I was told she needed blood work…read moredone and for some reason she was given a shot for nausea and vomiting (which she was not doing at all when I brought her in). 20 minutes after we left the office she went into a state of paralysis, we called the office and the receptionist refused to get the doctor and stated we needed to bring her to Blue Pearl Pet Hospital, she started having convulsions on the way there and died. She was given a clean bill of health, everyrime was normal when we left other than the respiratory infection which was common as she had allergies. She was a healthy, playful, loved kitten. She died within 45 minutes of being seen by Dr. Nelson and the only explanation I got was "these things happen". No accountability whatsoever!!! I paid $300 for these people to kill a sweet, innocent kitten and in such a horrific way. DISGUSTING!!!!

Dr. Nelson examined Gypsy on a Friday for a heart rate of 160 BPM for over 12 hours. She waited all day to be seen and discharged without any med to slow her heart rate or to calm her. A member of the Minnesota Board of Veterinarians told us she would not send a horse home with that heart rate. Dr. Nelson DID NOT express any concern that she was dying or offer to hospitalize her. Early morning, the following Monday, after suffering more than 48 hours, Gypsy passed.
