We take our little shih tzu bischon's there for grooming and they come home looking and smelling so good. We take our german shepherd there for nail trims and use the self wash. The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them. Dr. Nelson examined Gypsy on a Friday for a heart rate of 160 BPM for over 12 hours. She waited all day to be seen and discharged without any med to slow her heart rate or to calm her. A member of the Minnesota Board of Veterinarians told us she would not send a horse home with that heart rate. Dr. Nelson DID NOT express any concern that she was dying or offer to hospitalize her. Early morning, the following Monday, after suffering more than 48 hours, Gypsy passed.
