It's a mill, located along the Sauk River, where it enters into the Mississippi. You can find every kind of animal food (cat, dog, duck, goose, poultry, swine, horse, cow, songbird, sheep) here. I love the way the place smells - like hearty grains like oats and wheat and more. Best of all, I like the employees. It still feels like a small town when you go in here, look at the handwritten board, and tell them what you want, or if you're like me, ask them what I should be feeding a particular animal. Then they go get the bag and will even place it in your car or truck for you. Another nice feature is the bulletin board (pictured), where people have animals, hay, and more to buy and sell. I hope we never lose this place. It's a real gem.

We take our little shih tzu bischon's there for grooming and they come home looking and smelling so good. We take our german shepherd there for nail trims and use the self wash. The grooming staff has gotten her comfortable with the nail trims and she no longer fights them.
