Rich melo came to the house with in a few days and used drone to inspect existing roof and got back to me with a detailed estimate and options which i could choose. everything was explained to me so I knew exactly what work was included and finalized the price. was sent detailed folder with all the information insurance paperwork and the scope of work. was put on schedule and given a tentative start date. was notified a few days prior to starting and met with job forman diago going over the site and where to store material and what areas that was needed for ladders, dumpster location ect. roof was stripped and completed in one day with a crew of nine plus workers. work was done in a remarkable orderly fashion and politeness of all involved. when completed everything was cleaned up and put back to original condition. Every aspect of the job was done in a professional manor and genuine concern that I was satisfied with the job. They also re-shingled a small roof area around the skylight that had mold growing on it and sealed leaks in my gutters. The initial visit with Lucas was great - he listened well, looked at our old skylight and flew a drone over the roof to take pictures and gave me a detailed roof inspection. Because the new skylight model would involve a different sized opening, Lucas identified a clever approach to modify the opening size and finish it off inside with a white PVC trim. Lucas was super responsive any time I had a question and was happy to talk through subtle questions about the shingles. The company got a building permit with my town (Belmont, MA), and the team completed the small area re-shingle, opening adjustment and skylight install all in about 6 weeks since I contracted with them - with the intervening time largely being due to finding the right days to work given weather conditions in late winter, which they were thoughtful about working around.
