Opening at 10:00 a.m. seems a bit late for a place that provides mailing and packaging services especially since you are not allowed 24 hours access to your mailbox. By 10:00 a.m. most people are already at work and to get there by 6:00 is also a challenge so you are left with your lunchtime or the weekends to access your mailbox. UPDATE 12/2014: After having the service for awhile and a change in ownership my opinion of this particular branch has changed. The hours are restrictive they open late, close early and now will be closed on Saturday thinking seriously about taking business elsewhere. It doesn't help that they also have an employee that can be extremely rude. The owner himself acknowledges that this person attitude is, in fact, bad but for some reason, she is still employed there.
