Took my "adopted" 83 year old Mom here today for a mani/pedi and the ladies were so nice and kind to her... She has the beginning stages of dementia and they made her feel like a queen. She cant stop talking about how good she feels and loves her mani/pedi... thank you ladies!!! read more

Brought me and my daughter here for full sets for toes and nails, we did not schedule ahead of time and walked in around 4:30pm-5pm and they made time for us even though they close at 8. Katie did my daughter's nails and was super sweet and patient with her, Laura did my nails and I LOVE how they turned out. Although, we had to come back the following day because Katie was going to do my daughter's toes and mine but she had to leave for understandable reasons (childcare) Came back the next day, 4:30pm after my 4yo got out of school and we got our toes done, I was asked if I wanted just the polish or the whole 9 yards for soaking my feet and the massage, I said just the pedicure is fine. Got the pedicure with Katie and another young lady did my daughters pedicure, same sweet personality but I feel like my pedicure was rushed, my nails beds were file too deep and resulted in bleeding, I do have sensitive toes but I feel if it wasn't rush they wouldn't have bled or been file too deep. Katie did apologize and did everything in her power to make the rest of the pedicure go more smoothly. Overall, great service, they are quick to apologize for ANY inconvenience and they make small talk which is nice. Definitely will go back . The pictures is one day after getting my toes done (you can still see the scab from the bleeding) and 2 days after getting my nails done. I paid 184.78 in total for full set of acrylics for me and gel polish on my toes, gel polish for my daughter hands and regular polish for her toes, I got 6 sticker designs for my acrylics, which was ombré and marble print, my daughter had butterfly stickers press on all of her fingers. I also tip $55 all together which is included in the balance of 184.78. The atmosphere is nice, everyone is super sweet, they welcome you, they get you going, and you are acknowledged no matter how busy. The way Laura easily took care of my nails while another ladies nails was drying was quick and astonishing. Highly recommend. read more

They were wonderful about getting both of my girls in, practically last minute. one daughter booked the day before, the other daughter was a walk-in and they squeezed her in. The lady at the front desk was amazing to work with. The gal who did my youngest daughter's nails was super talented and quick - giving my daughter exactly what she asked for. She was super sweet and patient. read more

Don't expect to get right in for your SCHEDULED appointment. Laura and Hector have horrible customer service skills. They don't care if you are ignored and act like you are a complete inconvenience. Don't waste your time. I promise you Hector and Laura don't care if you are taken care of or not. read more

It seems like there was a make-over done in this salon relatively recently, but the floors were a "miss" and are actually separating and looking terrible and kind of dangerous. The bathroom feels like using a supply closet (mop is stored in there and the door is very hard to open/close. The owner sits at the front of the shop and is not at all welcoming. Her tiny dog runs around and goes up to people. Weird. I am going to a different salon that is nicer, cleaner and more welcoming. read more

I had not been to Signature Nails for a long while. I had been going to a nail place a bit closer to home but was usually disappointed. Yesterday I got the BEST mani pedi in years at Signature Nails. What a difference! Same price, better service. Good attention to detail. Highly recommend this family owned shop. read more

I use to love going to signature nails to get pedicure from a gentleman named Jin who no longer works there. I went in recently and caught one of the girls taking a picture of me and left with the top of my feet scalded and one of my toes feeling painfully numb. I found what looked like a metal sliver in the bottom, I remember her rubbing that toe quite well. If i was a diabetic a sliver can be a real problem and these women know that. No, they won't treat you all like this, I got treated like this cause I am speaking up and won't stop. read more

Did a walk in for my daughter. The ignoring and acting annoyed for the inconvenience of mom coupled with the wait - it was not worth it. Sure the nails are fine. After I let my daughter know that it was a no on the charm - the nail tech went behind my back and talked her into it anyways knowing I was in a hurry. I am not ok with undermining a parent. read more

I've been to many nail salons in Delta County and Mesa County. I have to say without a doubt that Signature Nails in Junction is by far the best. Hector is my nail artist and he is exceptional. Friendly, pays attention to detail and thorough. I have to drive an hour and 15 minutes to get to this salon but it's well worth it! read more

I love this place! I'm new to the area and got completely Lost. I was so late and yet they worked hard to accommodate me. I ended up getting my pedicure and gel manicure through two aestheticians. They were so nice and personable. It's not exactly close for me, but I'll definitely return. Ask for Amber. read more

I have went to signature nails for years, always had a great experience, loved my nails afterwards and had really nice service. Today I asked for a simple design and the lady said she could do it when she started I asked if she was going to do the design with acrylic which is obvious in the picture I showed her and she said she couldn't and just continued to do what she wanted to do without asking if I wanted something different. The picture I showed her was just a simple square shape and when she shaped them they Went inward like a u. I asked her to do just square and that's when she started to have an attitude and basically sawed my nails off and made them extremely short. Then my middle figure was crooked and I asked her if she could fix it she asked me how I saw it was crooked and proceeded to get an even worse attitude and proceeded to add acrylic to it and said it was straight but then was like do you just want me to remove it then or no. By this time i did not want to spend anymore time there and told her no. Then when she was filing she made my pinky bleed didn't apologize or anything. Not to mention it took her 2 hours to go my nails and charged $66 for nails I could have done myself for cheaper. Here are the pictures of what I asked for and what I got and the crooked nail that she didn't fix even after arguing that it wasn't and where she made me bleed. I have small hands and nails and these nails aren't even the right size. They make my nails look huge and bulky. I will not be returning to this place which is sad because I have always went there and loved them. I did not get the lady's name but she was at table 4. read more

What is the point of making an appointment when you don't honor it? I had an appointment for a pedicure, showed up a few minutes early out of respect for other people's time. I sat soaking my feet for 18 minutes and there was 0 acknowledgement that anyone would be available to do my pedicure within any reasonable timeframe as all the techs were pretty much in the middle of manicures or pedicures on other clients. The lady next to me was in the same situation. My time is worth more than that so I got up, crossed my name off the sign-in sheet and walked out. Nobody acknowledged that either. Customer service here is non-existent. Have the decency to reach out to customers that have bothered to make an appointment and let them know you can't honor it. Go soak your own frickin' feet. Plenty of other options in town. read more

We called prior to going in for pedicures to make sure that we could get two pedicures at the same time! My husband sat there for 40 minutes before someone even addressed him to get a pedicure, at that point he was so frustrated he said no thank you! I did get a pedicure and it was less than average and more expensive then other salons in town. When I paid I was charged for the file ~ isn't that a necessary tool for a pedicure???? Their lack of communication and customer service was not good! We will never go back nor will we ever recommend them!! read more

I'm not normally the type of person to leave a bad review, but I've never had my nails done so badly before. Given I came in at a busy time I already expected a lengthy session. The lady took two hours working on them and complaining she wasn't in her station. None of them turned out an even length, identical, "coffin nails", or close to the color I asked for. I was cut 3 times and filed down so much they are painful. The older lady that did them was "new" but no one bothered to check on her, or even give a discount for the new tech. I would have preferred to save my money, and be turned down than to waste my money and time for the ugly nails I received. I expected more for $61.00. Thank you for the bleeding cuticles and 10+ hang nails I received. read more

I wish I could give his place more stars because the gentleman was very nice at the front (hence two stars), but unfortunately the 35.00 pedicure I got was probably the sorriest of all time. She used absolutely ZERO pressure whatsoever when performing the supposed "massage" and then after it was supposed to be a hot stone "massage," but she put the stones on my left foot for maybe two minutes and then my right foot for half the time, again, using ZERO pressure. It was more like a light "foot tingle" vs an actual foot massage. Secondly, the cuticle removal was awful and she BARELY even cut down my cuticles, which is standard in a pedi, and was the main reason I went in the first place. However, what led me to feel forced to write the review was I noticed shortly after (on top of the mediocre pedi), the poor nail polish job that was done as some of my nail isn't even covered with polish, which makes me think only one coat was even put on and it's pretty messy for a supposed "professional." To be honest, I was reading most of the time almost just hoping it would get better and it never did, so I don't know for a fact it was only one coat, but it sure looks like it! Very very disappointed and I won't be back! read more

I go to Signature over any nail salon in GJ CO. I really appreciate the time they take with clients and how easy going they are. The nail art is insane, they can do some pretty awesome stuff from what I've seen. I typically go more plain so I cant say I know how long that takes. As for pedis, they are wonderful and I've had the gel last for over 3 months (not that it looks good grown out, but it lasts!). It can get a little noisy in here since it is a smaller facility but, thats usually if you go in the same day as all the girls getting nails done the morning of school dances. With that being said, my biggest issue with them is how they do not abide by appointment times. I do go here often enough to say that every single time I have made a reservation I have had to sit in the waiting area for 30-80 mins past reservation time. I believe that they abide more by first come first serve, so if you make an appointment, just know that people will be ahead. Prices are a little bit more than average, but its worth it for me. If you are looking for quality nails that LOOK GOOD and LAST definitely go here! Although, if you are looking for quick mani or pedi, you might want to go somewhere else. I do want to reiterate how easy going the employees are. They will talk to you, and if anything is wrong they will fix it! read more

Used to be a great place for a pedicure. The last few months it has been hit or miss. Some good, some looked very unprofessional, especially if asked to do a design. Today I called to see if I needed an appointment and they said no I could get right in. They did get me right to a chair but left me sitting for over 30 minutes. Another lady came in (did not have an appointment) and the two girls went straight to work on her. I left and won't be back. read more

I just moved out to Grand Junction, Co from SLC. I've been going to the same guy in SLC for three years now, because of how picky I am. I went to Signature Nails about 2 weeks ago. I was surprised on how well Laura I think her name is and the guy Hector. She shaped them exactly how I wanted and Hector did the marble how I wanted. When I came in they were pretty damn busy but had me sitting down and looking for a color quick. I did have to wait but I understood because I didn't make an appointment. I highly recommend coming here for nails. read more

I came here while visiting family for the holidays and was super impressed with their service! I highly recommend making an appointment as they are very busy. They all speak English and are a fun bunch! I got a classic pedicure from Breanna and she did such a fabulous job (killer leg massage) that I made an appointment to come back the next day for a manicure. She was very accommodating and squeezed me in first thing the next day! Beautiful gel manicure with such friendly service, if I lived in town, I'd be a regular! read more

I am from NC and was in a desperate need of a pedicure and did a walk-in at this location. Apparently if you are not from there or made an appointment, they set you with the slowest worker. There are several reasons why I gave this salon 1 star. I gave them several chances and each time they let me down. Requested nail tech pulled away to do other stuff. Asked for specific person and got whoever they had once I got there twice even though I specifically scheduled with particular techs. Then I went there this morning without an appointment since making one doesn't guarantee you get attention on time. They say walk ins are welcome on the door but they didn't want my money. They said they were booked solid. Also this place is filthy just like their sister salad Pro Nails. read more
