I'm confused by the negative reviews. I went there with a friend on Mother's Day pampering ourselves with a manicure and pedicure. The staff were all friendly and professional. I got the gel glitter nails on my fingers and I didn't think they would last for more than a couple days but to my surprise they are still looking fab! I've been doing household chores and gardening and I'm shocked that my nails are still looking as if I've just gotten them done. I've included time stamped photos to show the quality. So, yes! I'll never go here again. First off, they said I had an appointment and I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for a pedicure. While I was waiting, I noticed one lady showing this guy how to do a pedicure. I end up getting this guy to do my pedicure. I paid for the $40 one which includes some extras. First off, he cut my nails as short as they could possibly be cut... and crooked too. I was reading and relaxing so I didn't notice until it was too late. He didn't speak English (no judgment just made the experience very difficult) so I had to flag someone else down to explain the water was too hot. Then, the "massage" was literally lightly rubbing my legs up and down. I tried to communicate that I would like more pressure but that didn't work. Callous treatment was also very ineffective. The worst part was the actual painting of my nails. They looked like I painted them, chunky streaks mixed in and bubbles. I asked one of the ladies if I could use a dryer and was told no- to sit in the pedicure chair and wait for them to dry. I also complained to her about how many nails were cut and painted. I was offered $5 off and they wouldn't fix the paint job. I think it was probably the worst pedicure I've had in my life and I am not exaggerating. read more

I've given this place so many chances how can they have so many bad reviews... Searching for "zero" stars. The lady who acts in charge is completely inappropriate. Tony, who performed service, was decent. Went for a gel mani. Had gel existing that was removed. Overall, the mani wasn't great. Was rushed, nails not even, and paint on the side of the skin. This causes the polish to come off in chunks very soon. I was charged $50 plus a card fee $1.75. No problem merchants do this now but they should have this posted. Once charge went from pending to auth, I noticed $54.75 was total and called asking what the extra ten was for. I was told she would look at home for receipt and call back. She did call back and said I got a design and tips. I don't do cheesy designs. She told me she'd refund the $10 and I thought, ok great. I went to the store for the $10, she saw no design and no tips or "overlay," Tony gave me $10 and apologized for the over charge, but she wouldn't look at me. I went to work and rec'd a call from lady afterwards saying she watched the video and I had tips removed. She said "but it's okay it's okay." No it's not bc your calling me a liar. Plus wouldn't you look at video before looking at receipts? Attached is a pic of the mani I got initially, then removed and the new nails. I was super pleased with my mani I got out in Fruita and starting a new job, otherwise I don't take mani pics . I can't believe she called back after not looking at me in store and the situation was concluded by Tony. Wow! Never again will they get my money and to the Valley: the way they treat customers in there is not great! I've sat through manis shocked by the rushing and arguing with customers . Once before a FL trip, I took my kids in withe all for pedis and wanted gel for them. They argued with me that they didn't need. Really? Kids destroy nails so I'll pay for gel. I said I wouldn't return here but when your shopping in the plaza it makes sense. read more

Don't waste your money!! This is a picture of my gel manicure 9 days after getting them done. The polish is chipped and my nails started splitting. I should have known right from the start when the tech cut my cuticle so bad that it bled ALL DAY! She also filed my nails in different shapes and lengths. You can see in the pic how thick the gel was applied. I don't know why I wasted my time going here... back to a REAL salon. read more

I'm using 2 stars in hopes of getting a larger audience - NEVER get legs waxed here. I'll start at the beginning: Used paper had not been cleared from the bench she told me to sit on. she pulled out fresh paper - and crumpled up the used portion at the foot of the bench & then motioned for me to put my feet on it. she burned me with the first application of wax - and wasn't ever able to regulate the temperature of the wax. I had to repeatedly tell her the wax was still too hot. She used the same dipping stick the entire time - leaving it to sit in the wax pot between applications or while cutting more cloth (because there had not been enough cut to start with) she dabbed the wax on in patches then attempted to spread it by pulling on my skin - leaving spots completely without wax and others with thick clumps. she randomly applied (I can't say spread) large areas of wax at one time - covering some areas twice and others not at all. She attempted to reposition the cloth after not laying it properly over the waxed area. Again, pulling my skin but not removing the hair. she pulled out tweezers and proceeded to tweeze half-dollar-sized patches of hair she had 'missed' with the wax. she had to abandon the tweezers and reapply wax in several spots - twice. And claimed the hairs were already removed just sticking to my skin because of the wax. They were not. she used cotton balls barely squirted with some kind of oil to remove remaining wax bits by rubbing until the cotton was in shreds from sticking to the left over wax or catching on my hair she had failed to remove. And the icing on the cake - she charged $50 instead of the $45 listed on the menu card she herself showed me. She did not get a tip. read more

I stopped here on a whim because I was in the shopping center and was dying to get my nails done after quarantine. They sat me down right away but I waited about 30 minutes for someone to start on me. I had a photo of what I wanted, nothing too intense, just a full set with nude polish and some neon accents. They are terrible. He cut them way too short and square and they are uneven. The polish is spotty and they charged me $15 for the "nail art". I thought I would get used to them but I can't even look at my hands. I'm going to another salon to have them removed and a new set put on. Never go here! I'm livid I gave them my money and that they let me walk out of there with such bad nails. read more

ONCE & DONE Drove an hour to get judged for the way I wanted my nails to look. Then an older gentleman let a Caucasian woman sit in a chair and when she left my sister asked to sit there and he said "No." Absolutely no one was sitting in the chair until we left. They were only polite to their regulars. read more

They soak your nails off when asked, instead of ripping them off or prying them off with a other nail tip. They have SO many colors to choose from and are easy to talk to and carry in a c ok conversation. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. read more

Great pedicure! I got the royal for my mom and me. It has everything! Wax, scrub, etc. chair are nice and the place is clean. However, they are a Little rough on your nails but over all they do a great job! Plus my mom was so happy! I will be back! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So, extremely rude! I made an appointment a week ago for my daughters and I for Mother's Day. They were extremely overbooked. (More money I guess...)They ignored my oldest for over 45 min and they rushed through and forgot to provide even decent service. When I let them know they forgot to scrub my heels and they had done my daughters (same service). They argued with me. Telling me they did not do it to her. When I sat there and watched it. When I told the manager she did the same thing. No discount or apology of any kind. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Definitely do not recommend. -10/10. When I walked in for a fullset I was looked at head to toe and handed off to the older man AFTER all the nail techs (none of them looked busy and I was the only one there) contemplated in their own language. Once done, my nails looked awful. My nail lengths were uneven and the acrylic was thicker on some nails ,VERY poor work. I thought about asking to have them redone but I was ready to escape the uncomfortable environment. read more

Well I have been going there for a while. I always had pretty good service, so I recommended them to a couple of my friends. What I found was they were treated very very rude. They even had appointments and still did not get helped for over a half hour or so. The nails were very bad, one of my friends had cuts all around her cuticles, and bleeding. Small and basic but filled with very nice people. Always accommodating walk ins. But this review is to complement May. I've been looking around for 2 years and I have finally found my manicurist. She is detail oriented and has a great eye for shape. My nails are all different shapes and she made my hands look better than I've ever seen them. Went in for dip nails as mine had chipped. They got me in right away, but took FOREVER to sand down old nails to remove them. No problem, but the drilling kept burning my nail bed. She applied the color decently, but when it came time for the top coat, she studied the bottle and brush as though they were bad. She applied the top coat, it dried rough and wavy. She then buffed the nails again and reapplied the same top coat using the same damaged brush after she attempted to "clean it" using a paper towel. The top coat dried rough and wavy again . The edges of my nails are rough and feel like they will snag on clothing. Also, 4, yes, 4 people came in after me and left before me. $40 for this bunk. No thanks. read more

The people overall were super nice. I got the older guy with glasses and he was so rough. 6 out of my 10 nails got nicked and bled. He did the cuticles so rough it was painful. Then every time they sprayed it or polish touched it, it burned. Wish I could give a better rating... read more

The product is really nice and I love my nails plus they are really good at telling you when stuff costs more but the people are very rough with you're nails and I asked for matte nails at the beginning and I realized two nails in of gloss that she forgot so I retold her and she said it was to late and that the matte just looks old and dirty. read more
