Started using this salon in 2018 and they are the best. Annie, Sherry, Zee and Micah are the best. All the staff are super nice and accommodating. We moved away last year and I just came to town for a visit, stopped by the salon and it's still one of the best out there. I've gotten 4 (maybe 5?) pedicures here now, spaced a couple months apart each, never by the same person but always great service! The gentleman at the front is always kind and complimentary, the workers are kind and do a wonderful job and try to make sure you're comfortable. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and they help me in and out of the chair when they can. A gel pedicure is a little expensive but to me it's worth it because the service is so nice. My mom was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a pedicure. I called the folks at Nail 28 and they could get her into the shop the same day. Upon our arrival, the staff was friendly and helpful. Mom had mobility issues which can present issues but not for the staff. The clinician (I didn't get her name) that worked on mom's nails was kind and very gentle. She cont'l to verbally check in with mom to ensure she was comfortable. The shop was small with four chairs for pedi's and four tables for Nani's. It was a tidy shop. I will go back to business from now on! read more

This place is super convenient to my office and they're always able to get me in last minute. The staff is very friendly. I've only been for pedicures about 3 times. The pedicures have been very average. I would give 3 stars but the quality is what I would expect for the price, which is very affordable. I had a different technician for each service but both were excellent. The pedicure was the best I have ever received. The young lady who did it was extremely thorough but gentle. The guy who took my acrylics off, I'm pretty sure his name was Micah, was so gentle and didn't damage my natural nails at all! And then the gel that he did was absolutely perfect. Small place but very friendly. They didn't try to up sale me and seemed very knowledgeable and really tried to find the best option for my nails. I did the dip powder and the girl was very precise and courteous throughout the whole process. She even redid a nail that was almost done when she realized it was coming out a little wrong. He was so thorough and detailed, it was perfect and I finally got my moneys worth. Over at Kathy's nail salon in Clifton, they start speaking to each other in their own language, sometimes arguing with each other and it makes me feel uncomfortable, but here they don't do that. I'm in town for a wedding and I needed to get my nails done. I did a lot of tease arch about places close to me and there were about 4 or 5 other places that were closer but had really awful reviews. Needless to say, I walked an extra 15 minutes to get here based on the positive reviews and boy oh boy it was worth it! The staff was so kind and friendly and so efficient.
