However, I have never had to pay close to 50.00 for an acrylic refill. I have paid 20-30.00 every time I go elsewhere. You spend 50-70.00 depending on what you want and need. You shouldn't have to spend 50.00 to get your nails redone or fixed. I will go elsewhere as I can't not spend that much to get my nails redone.

Got the pedicure with Katie and another young lady did my daughters pedicure, same sweet personality but I feel like my pedicure was rushed, my nails beds were file too deep and resulted in bleeding, I do have sensitive toes but I feel if it wasn't rush they wouldn't have bled or been file too deep. Katie did apologize and did everything in her power to make the rest of the pedicure go more smoothly. Overall, great service, they are quick to apologize for ANY inconvenience and they make small talk which is nice. Definitely will go back . The pictures is one day after getting my toes done (you can still see the scab from the bleeding) and 2 days after getting my nails done. I paid 184.78 in total for full set of acrylics for me and gel polish on my toes, gel polish for my daughter hands and regular polish for her toes, I got 6 sticker designs for my acrylics, which was ombré and marble print, my daughter had butterfly stickers press on all of her fingers. I also tip $55 all together which is included in the balance of 184.78. The atmosphere is nice, everyone is super sweet, they welcome you, they get you going, and you are acknowledged no matter how busy. The way Laura easily took care of my nails while another ladies nails was drying was quick and astonishing. Highly recommend.

Donna was trying to upcharge us and when we would say no thank you she would give us a rude look and roll her eyes. She rushed through my fiancés pedicure and was visibly annoyed the whole time. When we asked to tip each of our people separately, she refused and made us tip on the same charge, so that she could split it. Overall, I am happy with how my pedicure turned out, but not happy with how we were both treated!

I was the only one who asked to get gel so they told everyone else to pick a color off of the wall. Sat us down in the chairs and started small talk... she asked me if my mom was going to pay. I'm assuming she asked because I didn't want to upgrade my pedicure when she kept pushing. And charged an extra $20 for gel! I didn't even get full color, I got French tip so there was barely paint even used and Lily did an awful job on the French tip. Overflowed the water onto the floor that got onto my shoes and aunts purse. Didn't cut my nails, filled them crooked, and sloppy tips. None of this to mention the experience the rest of my family had. Just an awful job overall. Do not waste your time or money here, they obviously don't know what they are doing or blatantly just don't care. Either way save your money.
