Many are either dark, with an ambiance of "cool/chic" or too techno or even sterile and cold. The Shop is warm, friendly, and homey, yet current. There are 5-7 stylists, all diverse to suit your needs. The stylists all set their own hours but I've seen flexibility when a walk-in comes through.
