Terrible service. They do not want to cut your cuticles, but paint over them. I asked them to use…read morethe cuticle removal tool instead of a Dremel tool, and the man acted like he didn't know how to cut cuticles without it. The nail tech did not clean under my nails, hands, or feet. The tech did not trim my nails. They didn't ask about length. I stopped them from painting my nails and requested that my nails be trimmed very short. I had to request the hot towel treatment because the manicurist walked away after giving me my bill! No massage either. I had to request every single step of a manicure and pedicure to get it. I did not relax for a second. Did not have time for my drink; it remained closed. The price was normal for a professional Mani-pedi, $100 for a gel mani-pedi. The gel polish flaked off the next day. The work was mediocre and rushed. 30-45 for both. The techs wet your hands and feet, paint your nails over the cuticles first, then maybe lotion, and that's it. When I asked for the hot towel treatment, they used 1 towel for both arms and another towel for both legs. Never in my life have I seen this. It's always been one towel per arm and one towel per leg. Smh.

Katie did my daughter's nails and was super sweet and patient with her, Laura did my nails and I LOVE how they turned out. Although, we had to come back the following day because Katie was going to do my daughter's toes and mine but she had to leave for understandable reasons (childcare) Came back the next day, 4:30pm after my 4yo got out of school and we got our toes done, I was asked if I wanted just the polish or the whole 9 yards for soaking my feet and the massage, I said just the pedicure is fine. Got the pedicure with Katie and another young lady did my daughters pedicure, same sweet personality but I feel like my pedicure was rushed, my nails beds were file too deep and resulted in bleeding, I do have sensitive toes but I feel if it wasn't rush they wouldn't have bled or been file too deep. Katie did apologize and did everything in her power to make the rest of the pedicure go more smoothly. Overall, great service, they are quick to apologize for ANY inconvenience and they make small talk which is nice. Definitely will go back . The pictures is one day after getting my toes done (you can still see the scab from the bleeding) and 2 days after getting my nails done. I paid 184.78 in total for full set of acrylics for me and gel polish on my toes, gel polish for my daughter hands and regular polish for her toes, I got 6 sticker designs for my acrylics, which was ombré and marble print, my daughter had butterfly stickers press on all of her fingers. I also tip $55 all together which is included in the balance of 184.78. The atmosphere is nice, everyone is super sweet, they welcome you, they get you going, and you are acknowledged no matter how busy. The way Laura easily took care of my nails while another ladies nails was drying was quick and astonishing. Highly recommend.

Very clean, very friendly, quiet ambiance, more than one English speaking staff person and someone who speaks English works the desk as well. The quality is awesome.... I got a pedicure and I am very pleased. The chairs are clean and in good working order, very comfortable. No one was carrying on conversations in front of clients in foreign language. Staff was not speaking to one another across the room. Staff was not eating in front of clients, and staff was not sitting at their station with their feet propped up on the tables. The experience was relaxing. read more

Honestly this is one of the best nail salons that I have ever been to. They were really kind and they did an amazing job they are very detailed oriented at oasis especially considering the fact that she freehanded my nails it also didn't take as long as other nail salons and they were very professional about it the only problem is that they accidentally filed my fingers 1 to 3 times but they were very apologetic about it and always made sure that I was comfortable.
