Donna was trying to upcharge us and when we would say no thank you she would give us a rude look and roll her eyes. She rushed through my fiancés pedicure and was visibly annoyed the whole time. When we asked to tip each of our people separately, she refused and made us tip on the same charge, so that she could split it. None of this to mention the experience the rest of my family had. Just an awful job overall.
