I was visiting from California and was in desperate need of a touch up color---she selected a demi gloss to cover up some previously bleached blonde highlights. She carefully asked me what I liked/didn't like and helped me select a wonderful slate tone with softer highlights that look much more natural and complement my olive skin tone.
