Our letters keep falling off of our sign due to the age of the sign and the Arizona sun. We have used Signarama several times, both to replace the letters when they disappeared, and reinstall them when we still have them. I absolutely love Lisa and Ray. The letters for our sign looked great, but the installer put it in the wrong position. Ray came out himself to see it the same day and agreed that it was not right. Fixing the problem meant entirely redoing the sign, which Ray said would be expedited and done at no extra charge. It looks amazing and I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and pride Ray, Lisa, and the Signarama team obviously take in delivering the perfect product. I needed a perforated window graphic for my truck so I called 3 companies and got quotes. They were all close in price and I decided to go with Signorama. Lisa was great, followed up during the process and kept me informed. When I showed up for the installation I realized I made a mistake on the lettering size for my ROC # which was jot part of the window graphic.
