The answer they gave me is what I made sure was on site for the install. They remove my old sign and put up the new one. Guess what... the sign needs twice as much as they told me they needed. Now without a sign for my business for over a month while we work through getting proper electrical to the sign, meanwhile I am getting tons of messages from the public asking why we are out of business. Multiple emails completely ignored. Solutions offered, and then retracted. Still haven't gotten any straight answers or solutions. Plus there is absolutely zero urgency to make things right. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with in any industry! So bad that I actually thought I might be on the show Punk'd for a second. Steer clear if you want to keep your sanity. Our phone calls got ignored, dismissed and every time we asked for a digital rendering of the sign - the delay was tremendous! We reached out to this business, by referral; and never have I been so disappointed in a referral. We were told that we could have something put in a couple days; never happened. We began initiating the process 6 months ago and we still don't have a sign. While I may not own a large corporation and my budget is much smaller, I don't believe I should be dismissed or be ignored because my budget is nowhere near that of Red Robin's or other large dollar companies: point is - my money still spends like everyone else's; and we all start somewhere. Huge disappointment. We will make sure to tell everyone what a horrible experience we had. If anyone on my staff treated our clients and customers like this, they would no longer be with my business - as all our clients and NON-clients are all treated with the utmost respect, kindness, prompt communication regardless if they are spending a little bit of money, or a lot of money; or spending anything at all. While this company may be a good company to work for, I don't believe this business to have anything but poor customer service, or state-of-the-art technology.

I guess to her charging me on the bottom of the dollar amounts at a $2 difference is WAY less. They make all kinds of stamps. Self-inking. "Rocker" stamps with a curved bottom for larger areas,…read moreso you can roll the ink around and not miss spots. Normal flat stamps with a wooden back and handle. They even do engraving, labels, signs, plaques, etc. The shop front is very bare bones. This is a place where you go to get your own stamp made, or to buy some basic ink. Not to buy a ton of cute scrapbooking material. The process to get my stamp made was very easy. I emailed them my digital artwork on a Tuesday & stopped by the shop to fill out the forms and give payment. They were very friendly and helpful. For custom artwork, they prefer Illustrator/vector files. Then on Friday, I got a call saying that my stamp was ready. That's it. My design/illustration clients are very happy with the quality.

They have classes, too, and I may sign up after such a positive experience there. Very cool place.
