It was cooked to absolute perfection with the bones separating right off to indulge to the fullest extent. They tell you it takes 30 mins to cook, which is well worth the wait. The skin was perfectly crispy and the seasoning was to die for. The meat was juicy and I couldn't stop eating it alongside the garlic yogurt. It also came with a side of chickpeas and summer squash. The cocktails were a nice break away from all the wine in Temecula - but I wished the drinks would be punchier and more creative. The charred cauliflower was a nice order, though it was too "raw" and therefore dry. I think it'd be better lightly fried to lock in some juice. Service was fantastic, especially as the server is the one that pushed us to get the fish. The ambiance is fantastic; we stayed inside but the outside is beautiful. Overall, I can't believe that fish; I hope to try it again when I revisit the area.

Despite telling the staff we had eight adults, we were seated at a table meant for six, with two extra chairs squeezed onto the ends. There was simply no way eight adults could comfortably fit. I spoke with the store manager and asked if we could be moved to a larger table, but she said that was all they could do. I understand it was Father's Day and the restaurant expected to be busy, but this seating arrangement was unreasonable. I've visited many LongHorn locations and have always had good experiences, but this was by far the worst. We ended up leaving and taking our business to Yard House instead.
